c) Galatians 6:8. Generous because we sow to the Holy Spirit (obeying His Leading) and we reap Eternal Life.
d) Galatians 6:9. Generous in not getting tired of doing good.
e) Galatians 6:10. Generous in doing good to all people, especially those people who are of the family of Faith.
(Through this QT I want to have A Generous Heart)
--------------------
‘The Wonderful Teaching Of Jesus Christ.’
Luke 24:44-45.
a) Jesus taught the Disciples everything that was written about Him:-
1- In the Law of Moses.
2- In the Prophets.
3- In the Psalms.
b) Jesus taught the Disciples that all these Scriptures must be fulfilled.
c) Jesus opened the minds of the Disciples to understand the Scriptures.
(Through this Second one I am encouraged by The Wonderful Teaching Of Jesus Christ)
--------------------
Chris.
Sometimes, when we face rejection experiences and being misunderstood it is easy to be tempted to “give up” doing good to and for other people. It is at times like this that we really need to consider Jesus Christ, His Life and His Ministry and readjust our thinking. When thinking is readjusted then feeling can be too.

Obey God!

‘Obey God.’
a) Proverbs 19:16; Deuteronomy 4:1-2. And live.
b) Genesis 7:5. As Noah did.
c) Genesis 12:4. As Abram did.

f) Exodus 20:6; Nehemiah 1:5; John 15:10. And God will lavish His Unfailing Love on us.
g) Exodus 23:22; Joshua 22:5; 2 Kings 18:6. Be careful to do it.
h) Numbers 15:40; Deuteronomy 8:1. Remember to do it.
i) Deuteronomy 4:40; 6:2. And enjoy a long life together with our family in the Inheritance that God gives to us.
j) Deuteronomy 10:13. Always.
k) Deuteronomy 11:13; John 14:21. And love Him.

p) Psalm 112:1; 119:2. And be joyful.
q) Psalm 119:69. With all of our heart.
r) Matthew 5:19. And be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.
s) Philippians 2:12. With deep reverence and fear.

-------------------
‘A Good And Searching Question.’
John 5:44.
a) How can you believe?
b) You gladly honour each other.
c) You accept praise from one another.
d) You do not care about the honour that comes from the One Who alone is God.
(In this Second one I find A Good And Searching Question)
-------------------
Chris.
Abram really started something great when he simply obeyed God by Faith. I am sure that at that initial obedience time of his that he had no idea that he was going to become the “father” of Faith. When we obey God we have no idea what effect that is going to have on our future or the future of other people.

A Very Special Promise Of God!

‘A Very Special Promise Of God.’
Isaiah 66:2.
a) God Himself Created the whole Universe.
b) The Universe belongs to the Lord.
c) God will Bless those people who:-
1- Have humble hearts.
2- Have contrite hearts.
3- Tremble at His Word.
(In this QT I find A Very Special Promise Of God)
------------------
‘We Should Believe The Word Of God.’
Luke 24:25-27.
a) Luke 24:25. Jesus told the Disciples they were foolish at that time.
b) Luke 24:25. The Disciples found it hard to Believe all that the Prophets had written in the Scriptures.
c) Luke 24:26. It was clearly predicted by the Prophets that the Messiah would have to suffer all that He suffered before entering His Glory.
d) Luke 24:27. Jesus explained to them what was said about himself in all the Scriptures, beginning with the books of Moses and the writings of all the prophets.
(Through this Second one I am reminded that I Should Believe The Word Of God)
------------------
Chris.
There are times when all True Believers need to have a contrite heart. A contrite heart is a heart that has deep sorrow for, and repentance of, sin. God will Bless people who have a contrite heart. We should never harden our hearts in front of God, nor should we deceive ourselves.

Our Responsibility For Ourselves!

‘Our Responsibility For Ourselves.’
a) Galatians 6:5. We are responsible for our own conduct.
b) Romans 14:10; 2 Corinthians 5:10. We shall all stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ.
c) 1 Corinthians 15:10. To respond to God’s Grace.

a) The Lord Almighty can send a plague into the enemy’s camp.
b) In their bodies He will kindle a fire that burns and burns.
c) The Lord, the Light of Israel will become a fire.
d) The Holy One will be a flame.
e) The Holy One will devour the thorns and briers with fire.
f) The Holy One will burn up the enemy in a single night.
(This Second one shows me The Power Of God’s Fire)
-----------------
Chris.
The Book of Isaiah is an amazing and easily readable Prophecy of Scripture. The Gospel in all of its aspects is clearly presented by Isaiah. We need to love and to read the Word of God in its entirety, but we are, I am sure, allowed to have “favourite” books. Isaiah is one of my favourite books.

Laziness!

‘Laziness.’
a) Proverbs 19:15. Brings on deep sleep and hunger.
b) Proverbs 31:27. Is never a part of a good wife’s life.
c) Ecclesiastes 10:18. Leads to a sagging roof and a leaky house.

(This QT challenges me not to give in to Laziness)
-----------------
‘Praying And Praising.’
1 Corinthians 14:15.
a) What is the good way in the Holy Spirit?
b) What should we do?
c) Pray in the Holy Spirit.
d) Pray also with our mind in words that we understand.
e) Sing Praise in the Spirit.
f) Sing Praise with words that we understand.
(Through this Second one I want to be Praying And Praising in the same way as Apostle Paul)
-----------------
Chris.
Praying and Praising is very much a part of the True Believer’s life. If we do not have opportunity to Pray and Praise we will very soon become spiritually dry. We should be able to Pray and Praise in Church, Pray and Praise together in small group or ministry team and Pray Praise in our own private devotional QT time.

God's House?

‘God’s House?’
Isaiah 66:1-2.
a) This is what the Lord says.
b) Heaven is His Throne.
c) Earth is His Footstool.
d) How could we ever build a house for Him.
e) Can we build Him a resting place?
f) God’s Hands made Heaven and Earth.
g) He made everything in Heaven and Earth.
h) God is not looking for a house. He is looking for a people who are:-
1- Humble.
2- Repentant.
3- Fearing Him.
4- Obedient to Him.
(This QT brings to me some questions about our use of the words: God’s House?)
----------------
‘Praise And Worship The Lord.’
Psalm 29:1-2.
a) Praise the Lord all the Mighty Angels.
b) Praise the Lord for His Glory and Strength.
c) Praise the Lord for the Glory that belongs to Him.
d) Worship the Lord in the Splendour of His Holiness.
(This Second one motivates me to Praise And Worship The Lord)
----------------
Chris.
Can we build God a resting place? True Believers Worship God in Spirit and in Truth. We need to be practical and not romantic about our Church buildings. The Church is not a “temple”, it is the place God has enabled us to build so that the Believers can better function as a community or family. We need to use the building in the most practical ways possible.

Pure And Stable Maturity!

‘Pure And Stable Maturity.’
Galatians 6:3-4
a) If we think that we are too important to help someone.
b) We are really not important at all.
c) We are only fooling ourselves.
d) We should each judge our own conduct.
e) We should not compare ourselves with what someone else has done.
f) We should have the satisfaction of a job well done.
(Through this QT I want to follow the way of Pure And Stable Maturity)
----------------
‘True Restoration And Revival.’
Isaiah 57:15.
a) God is the High and Holy God.
b) God lives forever in Eternity.
c) God also lives with people who are humble and repentant.
d) God restores the crushed spirit of humble people.
e) God restores their confidence and hope.
f) God restores the courage of people with repentant hearts.
(This Second one shows me True Restoration And Revival)
----------------
Chris.
We should not compare ourselves with what someone else has done. The Bible tells us that it is not wise to do that. Comparing ourselves with other people can lead to pride or jealousy. May we, as True Believers set a good example to other people loving and serving them without competing amongst ourselves.

4- Edification.
5- Exhortation.
6- Consolation.
c) Proverbs 25:11. Like apples of gold in settings of silver Is a word spoken in right circumstances.
d) Proverbs 12:22. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord. He is pleased with those people who keep their word.
e) Psalm 14:1; 53:1. Fools say to themselves there is no God. These fools:-
1- Are corrupt.
2- Do terrible things.
3- Never do what is right.
4- Commit abominable injustice.
f) James 3:6. When our tongue is not in good condition:-
1- It is like a fire.
2- It is a world of wrong and iniquity.
3- It defiles our entire body.
4- Through it hell sets on fire the course of our life.
(This Second one teaches me positive and negative Verbal Potency)
---------------
Chris.
God so made us that we have a need for both Him as our Father and for a natural father too. To grow up in a healthy way we need both. There are, however, many True Believers alive today who grew up in a dysfunctional family or environment. If we have had such an environment we need Restoration in the Love of our Father God Who tells us in Second Corinthians that He will be a Father to us.

Our Saviour!

‘Our Saviour.’
a) Acts 13:23. Is Jesus Christ.
b) Deuteronomy 32:15; 2 Samuel 22:3 & 47. Is God the Rock.

2- Majesty.
3- Dominion.
4- Authority.
(Through this QT I know My Saviour more)
-------------

i) Acts 17:29. God is not an idol.
j) Acts 17:30. God commands everyone to repent.
k) Acts 17:31. God raised Christ from the dead.
(Through this Second one I learn much from Apostle Paul’s Message To The People Of Athens)
-------------
Chris.
To understand about the people that we are trying to serve is a very important part of Mission. Just to “jump into” missions without any prior preparation and training is like jumping into a river full of crocodiles. It is a good initial step in mission to serve the people we are going to reach out to with humble hearts and help them in basic needs. It is also good to work and serve together with other people who have the same goal and vision, rather than compete with them.

d) Acts 21:13. He was ready to die for the Name of the Lord Jesus.
(Through this Second one I am stirred by The Good Missionary Example Of Apostle Paul)
------------
Chris.
The function of the Church begins with Worship. Any “church” that does not Worship is not a Church. The Church should also be a place of care, especially spiritually and emotionally caring for its members. The Church should also have a practical ministry to poor people. Then the Church should be a mission centre, both for local, national and international mission.

A Good Wife!

‘A Good Wife.’
a) Proverbs 19:13; 25:24. Does not nag.
b) Genesis 2:20. Is a helper for her husband.

m) 1 Corinthians 7:10-14. Should not leave her husband.
n) Colossians 3:18; 1 Peter 3:1. Especially in a Christian environment submits to her husband, she can be a living testimony that brings him to Christ.
(Through this QT I thank God for A Good Wife that He has given to me)
------------
‘Apostle Paul’s Careful Preparation For Ministry.’
Galatians 1:15-24.
a) Galatians 1:15-16. It pleased God to:-
1- Separate him from his mother’s womb.

b) Galatians 1:16. When this happened he did not confer with flesh and blood.
c) Galatians 1:17. He went up to Arabia and Damascus alone.
d) Galatians 1:18. After three years he went up to Jerusalem to see Peter and stayed for fifteen days with him.
e) Galatians 1:19. He also met James, the Lord’s brother, at that time.
f) Galatians 1:20. All the above experiences were totally true.
g) Galatians 1:21-22. He began his ministry.
h) Galatians 1:23-24. The people were amazed at Paul’s changed life and reputation.
(Through this Second one I am sure that we all can learn from Apostle Paul’s Careful Preparation For Ministry)
------------
Chris.
Too frequently we miss God’s Plan because the first thing we do is to confer with other people. This is a mistake and can cause us great confusion in our lives. The first thing we need to do when God is speaking to us about His Plan is to take time with Him, to wait, to pray and to read His Word. Conferring with Leaders who may help us is fine, but we need to do the first part before that.

The Education Of Apostle Paul!

(This QT gives me much to learn from The Education Of Apostle Paul)
---------------
‘A Changed Man.’
a) Acts 8:1-4. Paul as a Jewish zealot persecuted the Church.
b) Acts 9:3-9; 22:6-11. Paul’s dramatic conversion to Jesus.
c) Acts 26:15-18. Paul, called by the Lord to Apostolic Ministry.
(This Second one: A Changed Man, show me the Power of God and Love of God in action when He changes someone’s life)
----------------
Chris.
Understanding our potential in Christ and our new life in Him really should strengthen us to live as He wants us to live. When we humble ourselves before Christ then He can be exalted in our lives. We have new life in Christ – it should be a reality in our daily lives.

Restoring The Fallen People!

‘Restoring The Fallen People.’
Galatians 6:1.
a) This is written to and for the Church.
b) If someone is caught in:-
1- Any kind of wrongdoing.

c) Spiritual people should restore that person.
d) The restoration should be done in a humble and gentle way.

b) 1 Corinthians 4:12. Apostle Paul even continued his work in difficult circumstances.
c) 1 Thessalonians 2:9; 2 Thessalonians 3:8. Apostle Paul worked as a spiritual principle.
(In this Second one I find An Example Of The Spirituality Of Work)
--------------
Chris.
Here again, in the Book of Galatians, we find such practical teaching. This is so relevant for the Church today when many people are falling into sin and their spiritual life becomes far from God. We need to be brave enough and honest enough as the Church to help these people where possible. We should refrain from gossip and prayerfully endeavour to take steps to facilitate Restoration.

g) Deuteronomy 32:2; Micah 5:7. Rain benefits it.
h) 1 Peter 1:24. People are similar to it.
(Through this QT I desire that farm product producers would use more of and that people would enjoy the beauty of Lovely Grass)

Deuteronomy 6:20-25.
a) Deuteronomy 6:20-23. Should be told by fathers to their children whilst the children are still young.

1- Then we can Fear the Lord.
2- Then we can experience the Goodness of the Lord.
3- Then He will preserve us in this World.
c) Deuteronomy 6:25. God’s Desire for us to be a Righteous People.
(Through this Second one I understand clearly the importance of The Story Of God And His People)
-------------
Chris.
Jesus told the people to sit on the grass before He fed them miraculously. Most of us enjoy sitting on the grass during a sunny day, to relax, fellowship or have a picnic. Thank God for the grass another of God’s Provisions for us.

e) Deuteronomy 6:8. These Commands were so important that they were to be attached to their bodies.
f) Deuteronomy 6:9. These Commands were to be written on the doorposts and gates of their houses.
(Through this Second one I understand how Passing Down God’s Word To The Next Generation is an important exercise)
-------------
Chris.
Passing down God’s Word to the next generation is seen as very important in the Bible. Both Old and New Testaments have clear teaching about this. Some modern Christian parents leave this responsibility to Sunday School teachers, this is a mistake. Primarily it is the parents’ responsibility.

Truly Living By The Holy Spirit!

‘Truly Living By The Holy Spirit.’
Galatians 5:25-26.
a) Truly living by the Holy Spirit.
b) The Holy Spirit controls our lives.
c) We should not be:-
1- Proud.
2- Irritate one another.
3- Jealous of one another.
4- Provoking one another.
(Through this QT I fully understand what it means to be Truly Living By The Holy Spirit)
------------
‘Dynamic Apostle Paul.’
a) Acts 13:9. When he was filled with the Holy Spirit his eyes were very powerful.
b) Acts 22:3; Philippians 3:5. Before conversion had a misappropriated zeal towards God.
c) Romans 7:6. Had the desire to serve the Lord in newness of spirit.
d) Galatians 1:15. God separated him from his mother’s womb and called him by His Grace.
(Through this Second one I find Dynamic Apostle Paul)
------------
Chris.
The call for every True Believer is to be truly living by the Holy Spirit. This means that the Fruit of the Holy Spirit should fill our lives. All the current Holy Spirit gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit in the Churches need to flow from lives that are truly living by the Holy Spirit.

Sensible People!

‘Sensible People.’

a) Control their temper.
b) Are slow to get angry.
c) Earn respect from other people by overlooking wrongs done against them.
(This QT shows me some of the virtues of Sensible People)
-----------
‘Biblically Dealing With Immorality In The Church.’
1 Corinthians 5:6-8.
a) 1 Corinthians 5:6. The first step should be humility in the Church.
b) 1 Corinthians 5:6. The second step is to understand that the entire body of the Church is made dirty by one person’s sin of immorality.
c) 1 Corinthians 5:7. The immoral person must be removed from the Church and only allowed back into the Church if repentance is really shown in their lives.
d) 1 Corinthians 5:7. The Church can then be renewed and the feast of the Lord’s Table can be remembered in purity.
e) 1 Corinthians 5:8. In the Church there need to be maintenance of:-
1- Purity.
2- Sincerity.
3- Truth.
(This Second one teaches me that we should be Biblically Dealing With Immorality In The Church and not pretending that it does not happen)
-----------
Chris.
Sensible people are slow to get angry. This is something that we all need to apply to our lives. How easy it is for us to flare up in anger and cause hurt to other people and embarrassment to ourselves. We need to live as sensible people.

g) 2 Corinthians 5:10. We must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this Earthly body.
(In this QT I can see how my responses and actions should be In The Light Of Eternity)

(Through this Second one I affirm that Our God Cares)
----------
Chris.
As True Believers, reading this, we are obviously still alive on this Earth. We need to remember though that there is a place in Heaven reserved for us and Jesus is there preparing that place. As True Believers it is correct for us to be living in the Light of Eternity now.

Christ Jesus' People!

‘Christ Jesus’ People.’
Galatians 5:24.
a) They belong to Him.
b) They have put to death their:-
1- Passions.
2- Desires.
3- Sinful nature.
4- Flesh.
5- Lusts.
c) They do this at the Cross and leave them there.
(This QT shows me the identifying mark upon Christ Jesus’ People)
---------
‘How Jesus Christ Sees Those People Who Do The Will Of The Father.’
Matthew 12:49-50.
a) Jesus opened His Hand towards His Disciples.
b) He said to all the people that these Disciples were His mother and brothers.
c) Jesus said that anyone who does the Will of the Heavenly Father is His:-
1- Brother.
2- Sister.
3- Mother.
(Through this Second one I clearly understand How Jesus Christ Sees Those People Who Do The Will of The Father)
---------
Chris.
We know that Christ Jesus went to the Cross for our sins. He died that awful death as a sin sacrifice for us. There are several responses of grateful thanks and willingness we should make as a result of the Cross of Christ. One of those responses should be that we put to death at the Cross things that God is not pleased with in our lives.

Luxury!

‘Luxury.’
a) Proverbs 19:10. Is not correct for a fool to live in.
b) Proverbs 21:17. Those people who love it will never be rich.
c) Proverbs 21:20. To live in it one must be wise.
d) Amos 6:1. It is not necessarily lasting.
e) Revelation 18:3. The Babylon-like World system has a desire for it.
(This QT teaches me to be very careful about wanting to live in Luxury)
--------
‘Obedience Is Doing It.’
a) Job 36:11. If they listen and obey God, they will be Blessed with prosperity throughout their lives. All their years will be pleasant.
b) James 1:22. We should be doers of the Word and not hearers only, deceiving ourselves.
c) Romans 2:13. For it is not the hearers of the Law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the Law who will be Justified.
d) Deuteronomy 6:3. The Lord called Israel to listen closely and obey. Then:-
1- All would go well with them.
2- They would have many children.
3- The land would flow with milk and honey.
4- The Lord’s Promises would be fulfilled.
(Through this Second one I know that Obedience is not just giving mental assent: Obedience Is Doing It)
--------
Chris.
Those people who love luxury will never be rich. God may give us luxury – that is a Blessing from Him for us to benefit from for however long. If we begin to love luxury it is very dangerous because we usually end up loving luxury more than we love God.

Love Is Most Important!

‘Love Is Most Important.’
1 Corinthians 13:1-3.
a) 1 Corinthians 13:1. If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. Love is more important than praying in tongues.
b) 1 Corinthians 13:2. Love is more important than all ‘amazing’ spiritual gifts.
c) 1 Corinthians 13:3. Love is more important than self sacrifice.
(This QT teaches me that motive for ministry is clear: Love Is Most Important)
-----------------------------
‘Keep Trusting The Lord.’
Philippians 1:6.
a) Apostle Paul, when writing this, was:-
1- Certain.
2- Sure.
3- Confident.
b) God had begun a good work in the Philippian Church.
c) He will continue His Work until it is finally finished.
d) It will be finished on the Day when Christ Jesus returns.
(This Second one encourages me to Keep Trusting The Lord)
-----------------------------
Chris.
The Chapter 1 Corinthians Thirteen is not simply written about Love, that is taking it right out of context, but it is written in the context of Love being the motive for Ministry, especially Ministry in the Holy Spirit. Let us Love and Serve.

The Fruit Of The Holy Spirit!

‘The Fruit Of The Holy Spirit.’
Galatians 5:22-23
The Fruit of the Holy Spirit is:-
a) Love.
b) Joy.
c) Peace.
d) Patience.
e) Kindness.
f) Goodness.
g) Faithfulness.
h) Gentleness.
i) Self Control.
j) Against such there is no law.
(Through this QT I long for more of The Fruit Of The Holy Spirit in my life)
----------------------------
‘A Very Good Way To Live Spiritually.’
1 Corinthians 12:31.
a) Apostle Paul encouraged a parallel way of life for the Corinthian True Believers.
b) They were to earnestly desire the most helpful gifts of the Holy Spirit with which to serve God and the people.
c) They were also to follow the best way of life which was and is the way of Love.
(Through this Second one I find A Very Good Way To Live Spiritually)
----------------------------
Chris.
The Fruit of Peace is a very necessary Fruit of the Holy Spirit. This Peace is not self indulgent peace. This Peace is the very Peace of God. Peace that can calm people’s fears and worries. Peace that restores harmony in families and Churches. Jesus said that peacemakers would be Blessed by God.

Do Not Listen To Liars!

‘Do Not Listen To Liars.’
a) Proverbs 19:9. A false witness will not go unpunished and the person who breathes out lies will perish.
b) Isaiah 9:15-17. Lying prophets open people to the Lord’s anger.
c) Jeremiah 23:25-28; 29:31; 2 Peter 2:1-3. Lying prophets are deceitful.
d) Jeremiah 28:15-17. Lying prophets will die because they rebel against the Lord.
e) Ezekiel 13:22. They discourage the Righteous People.
f) 1 Timothy 4:1. Their teachings come from demons.
g) 1 Timothy 4:2. They have dead consciences.
h) Revelation 21:8. Their fate is in the fiery lake of Hell.
i) Revelation 22:15. They may be in the Church, but they will be outside of Heaven.
(This QT clearly warns me: Do Not Listen To Liars)
---------------------------
‘Spiritual Ministries And Gifts.’
1 Corinthians 12:4-11.
a) 1 Corinthians 12:4. In the Church there are different Gifts but the same Holy Spirit.
b) 1 Corinthians 12:5. In the Church there are different kinds of service but the same Lord.
c) 1 Corinthians 12:6. In the Church there are different kinds of activities but it is the same God who empowers everyone involved.
d) 1 Corinthians 12:7. To each person in the Church is given the manifestation of the Holy Spirit for the common good of the Church.
e) 1 Corinthians 12:8-10. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit:-
1- Message of God’s Wisdom.
2- Message of God’s Knowledge.
3- Faith.
4- Gifts of Healings.
5- Workings of Miracles.
6- Prophecy.
7- Ability to distinguish between spirits. (Is a manifestation from an evil spirit, the human spirit or the Holy Spirit)
8- Various kinds of languages.
9- Interpretation of languages.
f) 1 Corinthians 12:11. All these Gifts are empowered by the same Holy Spirit Who distributes them to each person just as He determines.
(Through this Second one I understand more about Spiritual Ministries And Gifts)
---------------------------
Chris.
The Gift of Faith from the Holy Spirit is much needed in the Body of Christ today so that the other Gifts of the Holy Spirit can be received by, and manifested in, the Church today. Many Churches are understandably wary of Spiritual Gifts because of experiencing the abuse of “spiritual gifts” by certain individuals and hyper-spiritual ministries. The Truth is that Gifts of the Holy Spirit are practical and useful. If they are properly served they will bring Glory to the Lord, not fear to people.

Need Direction?

‘Need Direction?’
Psalm 119:105.
a) The Word of the Lord.
b) Is a Lamp to our feet.
c) Is a Light to our path.
(Through this simple QT I know that the first place I should go to when I Need Direction is to the Word of God. Leaders and trustworthy friends may give good counsel but the first consultant, if we are True Believers, should be the Word of God)
--------------------------
‘The Body Of Christ.’
1 Corinthians 12:13-27.
a) 1 Corinthians 12:13 & 27. All True Believers are a part of the Body of Christ.
b) 1 Corinthians 12:14, 17 & 19-20. There are many different parts of both the human body and the Body of Christ.
c) 1 Corinthians 12:15-16 & 21-23; Romans 12:4-5. All parts of the Body are necessary and needed.
d) 1 Corinthians 12:18 & 24. God sets us in the Body as it pleases Him.
e) 1 Corinthians 12:25. There should be no division in the Body of Christ.
f) 1 Corinthians 12:25. All members should care properly for one another.
g) 1 Corinthians 12:26. When one member of the Body of Christ suffers, all members suffer with it and when one member is honoured all rejoice with it.
h) Ephesians 4:11-12. To build up the Body of Christ He gives it:-
1- Apostles.
2- Prophets.
3- Evangelists.
4- Shepherds.
5- Teachers.
i) 1 Peter 4:10. We are to serve one another in the Body of Christ as good stewards of the Grace of God.
j) Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:22. Christ is the Head of the Body.
(Through this Second one I am amazed at The Body Of Christ)
--------------------------
Chris.
When one member of the Body of Christ suffers it should be so that all members suffer with that one member. The sad fact is today in many Churches this simply does not happen. Very often the sufferer is ostracised or gossiped about rather than comforted or helped in the Body of Christ. We need to return to a Biblcal concept of Christianity rather than the charismatic triumphalist style that is adopted by so many parts of the Body of Christ today.

The Evident Works Of The Flesh!

‘The Evident Works Of The Flesh.’
Galatians 5:19-21.
a) Galatians 5:19. The works of the flesh are evident, they are the desires of our sinful nature.
b) Galatians 5:19. These works are:-
1- Sexual immorality.
2- Impurity.
3- Sensuality.
4- Adultery.
5- Fornication.
6- Lustful pleasures.
c) Galatians 5:20. These works are:-
1- Idolatry.
2- Sorcery.
3- Enmity.
4- Strife.
5- Jealousy.
6- Fits of anger.
7- Rivalries.
8- Dissensions.
9- Divisions.
10- Hatred.
11- Heresy.
d) Galatians 5:21. These works are:-
1- Drunkenness.
2- Orgies.
3- Murder.
e) Galatians 5:21. Apostle Paul makes it very clear.
f) Galatians 5:21. Those people who do these things, living this kind of life, will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
(Through this QT I clearly understand about The Evident Works Of The Flesh)
-------------------------
‘Practise Obedience.’
a) Psalm 119:8. Obeying the Lord’s Decrees.
b) Exodus 20:6; Deuteronomy 5:10; Psalm 25:10. On those people who Love God and Obey His Commands God will lavish unfailing Love.
c) Exodus 24:7. Is most effective when practiced as a community.
d) Psalm 111:10. All people who obey God’s Commandments will grow in Wisdom.
e) Daniel 7:27. All rulers should obey the Lord.
(Through this Second one I am encouraged to Practise Obedience)
-------------------------
Chris.
Flesh is very temporary. The human flesh of our bodies is temporary. If we are True Believers we will get a new and Glorified body in Eternity. The works of the flesh are also temporary and yet if persisted in can cause us to experience Eternal damnation and punishment in Hell. We should Glorify God in our bodies on this Earth now!

Sense And Understanding!

‘Sense And Understanding.’
Proverbs 19:8.
a) Whoever gets sense loves their own soul. They are doing themselves a favour.
b) Whoever keeps understanding will discover good.
c) Take pains to get:-
1- Wisdom.
2- Knowledge.
3- Acquaintance with God.
(This QT reminds me of my need for Sense And Understanding)
------------------------
‘The Promise Of Eternal Life.’
Titus 1:2.
a) The True Believer has Hope of Eternal Life.
b) This Hope comes from God.
c) God never lies.
d) God Promised this Eternal Life even before the ages began.
(Through this Second one I thank God for The Promise Of Eternal Life)
------------------------
Chris.
Wisdom is something that the Bible says is available for every True Believer. There is natural wisdom that is gained through education and study. There is Biblical Wisdom that comes from Bible Study and the love of God’s Word. There is Spiritual Wisdom that is given as a Gift from God when we need it as we serve and follow Christ.

The Power Of God For Salvation!

‘The Power Of God For Salvation.’
Romans 1:16.
a) Apostle Paul was not ashamed of the Gospel, neither should we be.
b) The Gospel is the Power of God for Salvation.
c) Salvation to everyone who Believes.
d) To the Jew first and also to the Gentile.
(This QT teaches me about The Power Of God For Salvation)
-----------------------
‘Understanding Prophecy In Scripture.’
2 Peter 1:20-21.
a) We should know this that no one’s Prophecy in Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation.
b) No Prophecy of Scripture was ever produced by the Will of men.
c) Holy men from God spoke or wrote as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
(Through this Second one I have more Understanding Prophecy In Scripture and its inspiration)
-----------------------
Chris.
The Power of God for Salvation is not found in testimonial stories. The Power of God for Salvation is not found in miraculous healings. The Power of God for Salvation is not found in gifts of prophecy. The Power of God for Salvation is found in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Walk And Be Led By The Holy Spirit!

‘Walk And Be Led By The Holy Spirit.’
Galatians 5:16-18.
a) Galatians 5:16. If we walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
b) Galatians 5:17. The desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep us from doing the things we want to do.
c) Galatians 5:18. If we are led by the Holy Spirit we are not under the Law.
(This QT encourages me to Walk And Be Led By The Holy Spirit)
----------------------
‘They Will Never Pass Away.’
Luke 21:33.
a) Heaven will pass away.
b) Earth will pass away.
c) God’s Words will not pass away.
(Through this Second one I am sure that They Will Never Pass Away)
----------------------
Chris.
The main goal of our flesh life, if we are True Believers is to stop us doing the things that we want to do. The only way that we can live in Victory over this flesh life is by living a life full of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus Cares About Poor People!

‘Jesus Cares About Poor People.’
Proverbs 19:7.
a) Most poor people are hated even by their own relatives.
b) Most poor people are avoided and shunned by their friends.
c) When poor people call after their friends, those “friends” are not there.
(This QT teaches me one of the reasons that Jesus Cares About Poor People)
--------------------
‘The Word Of God.’
Hebrews 4:12.
a) Is:-
1- Living.
2- Active.
3- Powerful.
b) Is sharper than any two edged sword.
c) Cuts between soul and spirit and between joints and marrow.
d) Discerns the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
(Through this Second one I am in awe of and thank God for The Word Of God)
--------------------
Chris.
Jesus cares especially about the poor people. This is very evident when we read through the Gospels. Many times there are records in Old Testament History how the poor people were despised by the rich. This even still happens in some Nations today. If we are True Believers we have a Message for these poor people in our Words and Actions, “Jesus Cares About Poor People.”

The Purity Of Scripture!

‘The Purity Of Scripture.’
2 Timothy 3:16-17.
a) All Scripture is inspired by God.
b) All Scripture is profitable for teaching (us what is right).
c) All Scripture makes us realise what is wrong in our lives.
d) All Scripture is for correction.
e) All Scripture is for training in Righteousness.
f) All Scripture is given that God’s Servants may be competent.
g) All Scripture is to equip us for every good work.
(This QT helps me to remember The Purity Of Scripture)
-------------------
‘God’s Word Effective In Us.’
a) 1 Peter 1:23. We are Born Again of imperishable seed.
b) 1 Peter 1:23. We are Born Again through the Living and Abiding Word of God.
c) 1 Peter 1:24-25. All flesh is as grass that withers and fails but the Word of the Lord endures forever.
d) 1 Peter 1:25. God’s Word is the Good News that was and is Preached to us.
(This Second one has me in awe of God’s Word Effective in me. I long to retain His Word, topping up day by day)
-------------------
Chris.
This passage in Second Timothy where the Apostle writes about the purity of Scripture is surely challenging to every True Believer. We all need fresh daily manna from God’s Word. Through His Word God works in our lives by the Holy Spirit. To neglect God’s Word is to neglect God Himself.

Watch Out!

‘Watch Out.’
Galatians 5:15.
a) If you bite one another.
b) If you devour one another.
c) Watch out that you are not consumed by one another.
(This QT is a good reminder for me: Watch Out)
------------------
‘God Speaks To Us Today.’
Hebrews 1:1-3.
a) Hebrews 1:1. Long ago, in many times and in many ways, God spoke to the Jewish Fathers by the Prophets.
b) Hebrews 1:2. In these last days He has spoken to us by His Son.
c) Hebrews 1:2. God has appointed His Son heir of all things.
d) Hebrews 1:2. Through His Son God Created the World.
e) Hebrews 1:3. The Son radiates God’s Own Glory and expresses the very character of God.
f) Hebrews 1:3. The Son sustains everything by the mighty power of His Command.
g) Hebrews 1:3. After making purification for sins the Son sat down at the Right Hand of the Majesty on High.
(Through this Second one I know that God Speaks To Me Today)
------------------
Chris.
There are many clear and easily understood words in the Book of Galatians. Here is one of them that all of us would take well to heed. If we bite and devour one another watch out that we are not consumed by one another. Not a few Churches have been closed down by the Lord because of this very reason over the years.

Gifts!

‘Gifts’
a) Proverbs 19:6; 18:16; 21:14. Are not supposed to procure people’s favour.
b) Numbers 18:11; Matthew 8:4. Can have a positive spiritual connotation.
c) Genesis 34:12. Can be to do with preparations for marriage.
d) 2 Samuel 8:2 & 6; 2 Chronicles 26:8; Psalm 45:12. Can be to keep the peace once it is made.
e) Exodus 23:8; Deuteronomy 16:19. Are sometimes given as bribes to pervert Justice.
f) Matthew 7:11; Luke 11:13. Are given to our children.
g) Matthew 7:11; Ephesians 4:8; John 4:10. Are given by our God to us.
h) Luke 21:1. Jesus watches our giving.
i) 1 Corinthians 12:4. May be of the Holy Spirit.
j) Genesis 32:13-15. May be given within the family.
k) John 3:16. The Ultimate Gift is God giving His Son for us.
(Through this QT I understand more about Gifts and the motives for giving them)
-----------------
‘Strong, Loving and Righteous Lord.’
a) 1 John 2:1. The Word of God is written that we might not sin. If anyone does sin we have an Advocate with the Father. Jesus Christ the Righteous.
b) Hebrews 7:24-25. Because Jesus lives forever He has a permanent Priesthood. Consequently He is able to Save to the uttermost those people who come to God through Him because He always lives to intercede for them.
c) Hebrews 4:15-16. For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathise with our weaknesses, but we have One who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of Grace with confidence, so that we may receive Mercy and find Grace to help us in our time of need.
(This Second one gives me a heart of adoration for my Strong, Loving and Righteous Lord)
-----------------
Chris.
The Righteous One. This is one of the Bible Names of the Lord. He is always Righteous, we are not. Sometimes we try to be self righteous, that is sin, a wrong concept that denies the Grace of God. All True Believers need the Presence of the Righteous One in our lives all day every day.

Christ Is Our Peace!

‘Christ Is Our Peace.’
Ephesians 4:14-18.
a) Ephesians 4:14. He makes the Church one group of people and breaks down every wall of hostility between us.
b) Ephesians 4:15. Through the Cross Christ makes His People from all different backgrounds one Body.
c) Ephesians 4:16. We are reconciled to God through Christ’s death on the Cross and hatred or hostility is also put to death on the Cross.
d) Ephesians 4:17. Christ has brought to us the Message of Peace.
e) Ephesians 4:18. Through Christ we have access to the Father by the working of the Holy Spirit.
(Through this QT I am so grateful that Christ Is My Peace)
----------------
‘The Reality Of New Life In Christ.’
a) Hebrews 9:22. According to the Law of Moses nearly everything was purified with blood. Without the shedding of blood there was (and is) no forgiveness.
b) Ephesians 1:13. We Gentiles have heard the Truth.
c) Ephesians 1:13. The Truth is the Good News that God saves us.
d) Ephesians 1:13. When we believed in Christ He identified us as His Own by giving us the Holy Spirit Whom He Promised long ago.
e) Ephesians 1:14. The Holy Spirit is God’s Guarantee that He will give us the Inheritance He Promised.
f) Ephesians 1:14. The Holy Spirit is God’s Guarantee that He has purchased us to be His Own People.
g) Ephesians 1:14. All these things will bring Praise to the Glory of God.
(Through this Second one I can more easily understand The Reality Of New Life In Christ)
----------------
Chris.
There is only one way that we can be reconciled to God and that is through Christ’s death on the Cross. This one way makes all humanity equal in God’s Eyes. Rich or poor, of whatever religion, of no religion, whether young or old, male or female we all can only be reconciled to God is through Christ’s death on the Cross.

The Correct Use Of Freedom!

‘The Correct Use Of Freedom.’
Galatians 5:12-14.
a) Galatians 5:12. Apostle Paul was extremely against the legalistic mutilators who wanted to circumcise the new Galatian Believers. This was definitely not Freedom in Jesus.
b) Galatians 5:13. The Galatian Believers were Called to live in Freedom. They were not to use their Freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through Love to serve one another.
c) Galatians 5:14. The whole of God’s Law can be summed up in this one Command:- “Love your neighbour as yourself.”
(This QT reminds me of The Correct Use Of Freedom)
----------------
‘Remember The Gospel.’
a) 1 Corinthians 15:1. The Gospel:-
1-That is preached to us.
2-That we receive.
3-In which we stand.
b) 1 Corinthians 15:2. If we hold fast to the Gospel we continue to be Saved.
c) 1 Corinthians 15:3. The most important part of the Gospel is that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.
d) Galatians 3:2. We receive the Holy Spirit because we heard the Good News and Believed.
(This Second one is very meaningful to me: Remember The Gospel.
----------------
Chris.
We are urged in the Scripture not to use our Freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through Love to Serve one another. This is most important and something that we should seriously consider. Most people who give up going to Church are not offended by God but they are offended by people in the Church who manifest all kinds of fleshly behaviour rather than loving each other.

Liars!

‘Liars.’
a) Proverbs 19:5. A false witness will not go unpunished and the person who tells lies will not escape.
b) Psalm 26:4. True Believers should not spend much time with liars.
c) Psalm 43:1. We need to be rescued from unjust liars.
d) Psalm 55:23. They will die young.
e) Psalm 63:11. Their mouths must be silenced.
f) Psalm 101:7. Should keep away from our houses and presence.
g) Psalm 120:2. We need to be rescued from them.
h) Psalm 140:11. Do not let them prosper.
i) Hosea 7:1. Some Nations are filled with them.
j) Zephaniah 3:4. Some “Prophets” are arrogant liars.
k) Malachi 3:5. The Lord is against them.
l) John 8:44. Satan is the Father of them.
(This QT teaches me what God says about Liars)
---------------
‘Jesus Christ – Our High Priest.’
Hebrews 4:15.
a) We do have a High Priest.
b) He is able to sympathise with our weaknesses.
c) In every respect He has been tempted as we are, yet He is without sin.
(Through this Second one I thank God for Jesus Christ – My High Priest)
---------------
Chris.
True Believers should not spend much time with liars. Liars bring a curse into their environment and many times liars break the law of the land in which they live. Law is the Gift of God. God is the Creator of Law. Man sometimes distorts Law, that is a wrong thing to do but liars have no respect for God or for the Law.

Be Free From Disgraceful Things!

‘Be Free From Disgraceful Things.’
a) 1 Corinthians 11:6. Women who cut off their hair or shave their heads need to cease from the practice.
b) Genesis 34:7. Rape should never be done to anyone.
c) Deuteronomy 22:21. A promiscuous woman who lives in her family home is a disgrace to them.
d) Proverbs 10:5. A son who sleeps during the harvest. (Any person who will not work)
e) Proverbs 12:4. A disgraceful wife makes her husband sick.
f) Proverbs 14:35. A disgraceful servant will have anger fall on them.
g) Proverbs 17:2. A disgraceful son will be ruled over by a wise servant.
h) Proverbs 19:26. A shameful and disgraceful son assaults his father and evicts his mother.
i) Hosea 4:7. Sinful priests exchange the Glory of God for something disgraceful.
j) Hosea 12:14. Disgraceful deeds will be repaid by the Lord.
k) 1 Corinthians 11:14. For a man to have long hair.
l) 1 Corinthians 14:35. For women to chatter in the Church.

---------------
‘In Christ We Have.’

a) Ephesians 1:7. In Christ we have Redemption through His Blood.
b) Ephesians 1:7. In Christ we have Forgiveness of our sins according to the riches of His Grace.
c) Ephesians 1:8. His Grace Christ lavished upon us in all Wisdom and Insight.
d) Ephesians 1:9. Christ has made known to us the mystery of His Will according to His good pleasure and purpose.
e) Ephesians 1:10. As a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in Him, things in Heaven and things on Earth.
f) Ephesians 1:11. In Christ we have obtained an Inheritance.
g) Ephesians 1:11. In Christ we are predestined according to the purpose of Him Who works all things according to the Counsel of His Will.
h) Ephesians 1:12. We who trust in Christ should be for the Praise of His Glory.
(Through this Second one I find that In Christ We Have so many spiritual and practical benefits and Blessings)
---------------
Chris.
A son who sleeps during the harvest is disgraceful. This is not a jobless son that cannot find a job to do. That is a very different situation. This son has work right there in front of him but he refuses to work – he just sleeps even though the work really needs to be done. There are many sons and daughters today in different parts of the world who are not jobless but rather they simply refuse to work.

Preach It!

e) Luke 9:60. About the Kingdom of God.
f) Acts 5:42. Jesus is the Messiah.
g) Acts 13:44; 2 Corinthians 2:17; 2 Timothy 4:2. The Word of the Lord.
h) Romans 10:8. About Faith.
i) 1 Corinthians 15:12. That Christ Himself rose from the dead.
j) 2 Corinthians 4:5. That Jesus Christ is Lord.
k) 2 Corinthians 6:7. The Truth.
l) Galatians 1:11. Not based on mere human reasoning.
m) Philippians 1:15. About Christ with pure motives.
(Through this QT I am encouraged to Preach It)
--------------
‘Love In The Church.’
a) 1 John 5:3. Means that we obey the commands of God.
b) Leviticus 19:18. We should love our neighbours as we love ourselves.
c) Galatians 6:10. We should do good to everyone but especially to those people who are of the Household of Faith.
d) 1 John 4:7. We should love one another for love is of God. Whoever loves is born of God and knows God.
e) 1 John 4:8. God is Love.
(This Second one reminds me that there should be Love In The Church)
--------------
Chris.
Jesus is the Messiah. This is part of the Message that we are called to preach. There are some people who preach another Jesus, a mere man. This is most incorrect. We need to preach the Biblical Truth about Jesus Christ. The Message of the Good News that is so often referred to in the New Testament is always the Good News about Jesus Christ.

A Sad Fact About The World System!

‘A Sad Fact About The World System.’
Proverbs 19:4.
a) Wealth. (If it is our wealth)
b) Attracts many new “friends”.
c) A poor person.
d) Maybe deserted by their only friend.
(This QT reveals A Sad Fact About The World System. Some people are not really friends, they only want to use other people)
-------------
‘What God’s Law Could Not Do.’
Romans 8:3.
a) God’s Law, which is perfect, was weakened by sinful humanity.
b) Therefore the Law became ineffective.
c) God condemned sin in the flesh by sending His Own Son in flesh like ours.
d) God sent His Own Son to deal with our sin problem.
e) As our sin offering Jesus Christ condemned sin in the flesh.
(Through this Second one I find What God’s Law Could Not Do)
-------------
Chris.
The World system is rooted in lust and pride. This is what Apostle John tells us in his first Epistle. Because of these roots many people who pretend to be “friends” really only get close to others because they want something from them. This reality is understood well by the Holy Spirit who breathed the Scriptures. Only the Message and Manifestation of the Kingdom of God can break this pattern.

True Salvation Is Expressed In Extolling God!

‘True Salvation Is Expressed In Extolling God.’
a) Galatians 4:4-5. At the correct time:-
1-God sent forth His Son.
2-Born of a woman.
3-Born under the Law.
4-To Redeem those people who were under the Law.
5-To give us adoption as His Children.
b) Galatians 4:6. Because we are His Children God has sent the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying: “Abba, Father”.
c) Galatians 5:25. Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.
d) Titus 2:1. We are to promote the kind of Living that reflects wholesome Teaching.
(Through this QT I fully understand that True Salvation Is Expressed In Extolling God)
-------------------
‘God’s Love Manifested.’
a) Ephesians 1:3. All Praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has Blessed us with every Spiritual Blessing in the Heavenly realms because we are united with Christ.
b) Ephesians 1:4. We are Chosen in Christ before the foundation of the World, that we should be Holy and without blame before Him in Love.
c) Ephesians 1:5. We are predestined to adoption as God’s Children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according the good pleasure of His Will.
d) Ephesians 1:6. We Praise God for the Glorious Grace He has poured out on us who belong to His Dear Son.
e) 2 Peter 3:9. The Lord:-
1-Is not slow to fulfill His Promise as some people count slowness.
2-Is patient toward us.
3-Does not want anyone to be destroyed.
4-Wants everyone to repent.
f) John 3:16. For God so Loved the World, that He gave His only Son, that whoever Believes in Him should not perish but have Eternal Life.
(In this Second one I find God’s Love Manifested)
-------------------
Chris.
God’s timing is always correct. We cannot always understand His timing but we need to Trust Him. Ecclesiastes tells us that there are times for everything in life. This means that God is totally in control of our environmental situation. He is the One Who can open and close doors. He is the One Who makes the Way for us because Jesus Christ is the Way.

We Should Not Be Stopped From Obeying Truth!

‘We Should Not Be Stopped From Obeying The Truth.’
Galatians 5:7-10.
a) Galatians 5:7. The Galatian Believers were running well but then became hindered from obeying the Truth.
b) Galatians 5:8. The arguments of the person who was influencing the Galatians did not come from the Lord, the One who called them.
c) Galatians 5:9. A little leaven leavens the whole lump. Everyone becomes influenced by the wrong.
d) Galatians 5:10. The Lord gave Apostle Paul confidence that the Galatian Churches would not disagree with him.
e) Galatians 5:10. The person who was influencing them and confusing them would suffer God’s Judgment, whoever he was.
(Through this QT I know clearly that I Should Not Be Stopped From Obeying The Truth)
------------------
‘The Truth That Leads To Life.’
a) 1 Timothy 3:15. The Truth should be manifested in the family of God which is the Church of the Living God.
b) 1 Timothy 1:11. The Truth is the Glory of the Gospel of the Blessed God.
c) 2 Timothy 1:10. Our Saviour Jesus Christ abolished death and brought Life and Immortality to light through the Gospel.
d) Ephesians 2:4. God is rich in Mercy and loves us with great Love.
e) Romans 8:9. If God’s Spirit lives in us, we are under the control of our Spiritual nature, not our corrupt nature.
(This Second one shows me The Truth That Leads To Life)
------------------
Chris.
A little leaven leavens the whole lump, in other words everyone gets corrupted, even the innocent people. Christian and Church leadership has a responsibility to keep Churches free from leaven people and leaven doctrines and ideas. This is really a very important part of leadership responsibility. If we compromise with leaven Church will become corrupted and weak.

The Fruit Of Our Foolish Actions!

‘The Fruit Of Our Foolish Actions.’
a) Proverbs 19:3. May cause us to blame God.
b) Genesis 3:6-12. May cause us to be separated from God.
c) Genesis 4:5-9. May cause us to become destructive liars.
d) 1 Samuel 13:13; 15:23. May cause us loss of our place of authority.
e) 2 Chronicles 16:9. May cause us to be at war.
(This QT teaches me to avoid foolishness: The Fruit Of My Foolish Actions)
-----------------
‘Immediately From The Birth Of Jesus Christ.’
Matthew 2:1-2.
a) He attracted wise men.
b) He was born King of the Jews.
c) Signs in the Heavens attested to Him.
d) People wanted to Worship Him.
(I am truly amazed by this Second one, we can see what happened Immediately From The Birth Of Jesus Christ)
-----------------
Chris.
We really need to avoid foolishness. There is a common concept in these days that to relax or be happy we need to be involved in foolish practices. This is not good and can cause a whole host of ‘knock on’ problems. As True Believers we need to avoid foolish practices and games.

The Fruit Of The Gospel!

‘The Fruit Of The Gospel.’
a) Ephesians 1:11. We obtain an Inheritance.
b) Ephesians 1:6. The Grace of God will be Praised.
c) Colossians 1:22. We are reconciled to God through the death of Christ.
d) Ephesians 2:10. We become God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works.
e) Ephesians 2:13. We are brought near to God by the Blood of Christ.
f) Ephesians 2:14. Christ Himself is our Peace.
g) Ephesians 2:17. We receive the Good News of Peace.
h) Ephesians 2:18. We can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.
i) Ephesians 2:19. We become fellow citizens with God’s People and members of His Family.
j) Ephesians 2:21-22. We are being built together with other True Believers into a dwelling place for God. (The Church as the Temple of the Holy Spirit)
k) 2 Corinthians 5:19. God has entrusted to us the Ministry of Reconciliation.
(Through this QT I can see The Fruit Of The Gospel)
----------------
‘A Good Way To Greet Other True Believers.’
Ephesians 1:1-2.
a) Who are we?
b) What is our Ministry?
c) Where are we in the Will of God spiritually?
d) Specifically greeting True Believers.
e) Proclaiming Grace and Peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
(This Second one teaches me A Good Way To Greet Other True Believers)
----------------
Chris.
From our knowledge of and relationship with Jesus Christ should flow good works. This is so often where the Church needs to be motivated. There are so many people in the Church who may need help in practical ways that could so easily be given if we were motivated to give it. Outside the Church one of the most effective ways of witness is when the Church, in Christ’s Name sets about helping in the community in some way.

The Application Of Faith, Hope And Love!

‘The Application Of Faith, Hope And Love.’
Galatians 5:5-6.
a) Through the Holy Spirit by Faith.
b) We eagerly wait for the Hope of Righteousness.
c) In Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor un-circumcision counts for anything.
d) What counts is only Faith working through Love.
(Through this QT I find The Application Of Faith, Hope And Love)
---------------
‘The Glorious Gospel.’
a) John 3:16. Is about:-
1-God’s Love for the World.
2-God giving His only Son.
3-Believing In Jesus Christ the Son of God.
4-Eternal Life.
b) 1 John 4:10. Is about God’s Love for us and Him sending His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
c) 2 Corinthians 5:21. For God made Christ Who never sinned, to be the Offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.
d) 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. The most important Message that Apostle Paul received from the Lord to give to the Corinthian Church:-
1-Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures.
2-Christ was buried.
3-Christ was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.
(This Second one clearly presents The Glorious Gospel to me)
---------------
Chris.
Faith can only really work through Love. I have met some people who are supposed to be men and women of “faith” but they have no Love. This is polluted “faith” and not pure Faith. Love needs always and at all times to be the motivating factor behind Faith. When Faith and Love work together we can witness a greater working of God in our midst.

Very Practical Counsel!

‘Very Practical Counsel.’
Proverbs 19:2.
a) Desire without knowledge is not good.
b) To be without knowledge is not good.
c) Enthusiasm without knowledge is not good.
d) The person who makes haste with their feet misses their way.
e) The person that hasteth with their feet sinneth.
f) Haste makes mistakes.
(This QT gives to me Very Practical Counsel)
-------------
‘The Active Ministry Of Jesus Christ.’
Isaiah 49:6.
a) He was a Servant.
b) He is the One Who Raises up and Restores God’s People.
c) He is a Light for the Gentile Nations.
d) He takes the Salvation of the Lord to the ends of the Earth.
(This Second one shows me The Active Ministry Of Jesus Christ and gives me the desire to be an extension of that Ministry)
-------------
Chris.
The person who is too hasty with their feet sins. Today there are far too many pressures on people to be hasty. This is really not good because people who are hasty make many mistakes and also hurt other people. If our life, work or study is well planned we do not have to be hasty.

Unusual Miracles!
