Our Tireless And Understanding God!

‘Our Tireless And Understanding God.’
Isaiah 40:28-29.
a)      We should know and hear that the Lord is an Eternal God.
b)      He is the Creator of the Whole Earth.
c)      He does not grow:-
1-  Tired.
2-  Weary.
3-  Faint.
d)      His Wisdom is limitless.
e)      He gives strength to His people who are tired.
f)       He gives renewed energy.
(This QT makes me very thankful to My Tireless And Understanding God)
---------
‘The Doubter.’
James 1:6-8.
a)     James 1:6.  The doubter:-
1-  Cannot ask in Faith.
2-  Is like a storm tossed wave of the sea.
3-  Is blown and tossed around by the wind.
b)      James 1:7. The doubter must not suppose that they will receive anything from the Lord.
c)      James 1:8. The doubter is a double minded person, unstable in all of their ways.
(This Second one teaches me about The Doubter)
---------
Chris.

The doubter is blown and tossed around by the wind, especially by the emotional winds of an unstable life. The Lord offers New Life and Stability to all those people who come to Him. We need to be firmly founded in the Lord and then we will not be doubters. If we have been living as a doubter we need to ask the Lord to help us and change us.

Ambassadors For Christ!

‘Ambassadors For Christ.’
2 Corinthians 5:20.
a)     Paul explains what an Ambassador for Christ is.
b)     A person who God makes His plea through.
c)     A person who pleads on Christ’s behalf.
d)     A person who calls people to be reconciled to God.
(Through This QT I Hope To Be An Ambassador For Christ)
--------

‘Pressing On.’
Philippians 3:12.
a)     We have not already attained the things that we want to attain in our lives and ministries.
b)     We have not yet reached perfection.
c)     We press on to possess the perfection for which Christ Jesus has taken hold of us.
(This Second one encourages me to be Pressing On)
--------
Chris.

I hope to be an Ambassador for Christ. It is a great privilege to be trusted by Christ with His Message. The key point is that we go forth with His Message and not our own. The training and education of an Ambassador in the World is extensive, so should it be for Ambassadors for Christ.

Be Confident In Knowing Jesus Christ!

‘Be Confident In Knowing Jesus Christ.’
1 John 2:3-4.
a)     We can be sure that we know the Lord if we obey His Teaching.
b)     Anyone who says that they know Him, but does not obey His Teaching, is a liar.
c)     There is no Truth in that person.
(This QT exhorts me to Be Confident In Knowing Jesus Christ)
-------
‘Keep Our Eyes On Jesus.’
Hebrews 12:2.
a)     We are to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, looking to Him.
b)     He is the Pioneer of our Faith and makes it perfect.
c)     For the Joy set out before Him He endured the Cross.
d)     He disregarded the shame of the Cross.
e)     He has taken His seat at the right hand of the Throne of God.
(This Second one reminds me to Keep My Eyes On Jesus)
-------
Chris.

We do need to keep our eyes on Jesus. Not for any reason that is threatening us or sinister but simply because He is the Pioneer of our Faith. The way that we can keep our eyes on Jesus is best found by reading God’s Word. When we keep our eyes on Jesus surely we are helped and our Faith grows.

Why Do We Say It?

‘Why Do We Say It?’
Isaiah 40:27.
a)     Why do God’s People say this?
b)     The Lord is not aware of what is happening to me?
c)     My way is hidden from the Lord.
d)     God is not concerned about vindicating me.
e)     My just claim is passed over by my God.
(Through this QT I echo the question put by Isaiah: Why Do We Say It?)
------
‘A Real Blessing.’
Proverbs 11:25.
a)     A generous person will be enriched.
b)     The person who provides waters for others.
c)     Will themselves be watered.
(This Second one teaches me A Real Blessing)
------
Chris.

Sometimes we think, feel, and even say that our just claim is passed over by God. It really seems like He has forgotten us. This, however, is not the Truth. God knows us very well and He cares about our lives and knows the best for us. Sometimes we do not understand, that is not a problem. If we understood everything we would be God. We should not let our Trust in God be shaken.

Number One And Number Two!

‘Number One And Number Two.’
Mark 12:29-31.
a)      Mark 12:29. Jesus said that the most important Commandment is:-
b)      Something that God’s People must listen to.
c)      The Lord our God is One Lord.
d)      Mark 12:30. We are to Love the Lord our God with all of our:-
1-  Heart.
2-  Soul.
3-  Mind.
4-  Strength.
e)      The Second most important thing is to Love our neighbours as ourselves.
f)       There is no Commandment greater than these two.
(This QT shows me Number One And Number Two)
-----
‘Praise.’
Psalm 150:1.
a)      Praise the Lord. (Hallelujah)
b)      Praise God in His Sanctuary.
c)      Praise Him in His Mighty Heavens.
(Through this Second one I will Praise the Lord)
-----
Chris.
The Second most important thing is to Love our neighbours as ourselves. These are the Words of the Lord Jesus. Probably, for some of us, this is difficult to do. We have been hurt, spoken against, and even deceived by Christian people who may have taken us for granted. We are called by God to Love them and sometimes it is hard or they make it hard for us to love them.

For The Whole World!

‘For The Whole World.’
1 John 2:2.
a)      1 John 4:10. Christ Himself is the Atoning Sacrifice for our sins.
b)      Not only for our sins.
c)      But for the sins of the people of the Whole World.
(This QT teaches me that Christ Himself is the Atoning Sacrifice For The Whole World)
----
‘Praises In Prison.’
Acts 16:25.
a)      The time was about midnight.
b)      Paul and Silas, in prison, were Praying and singing Praise to God.
c)      The other prisoners were listening to them.
(This Second reveals to me an important Ministry for the Church: Praises In Prison)
----
Chris.
Jesus Christ died on the Cross not only as the Sacrifice for our sins but for the sins of the whole World. There is not a person on this entire Planet that Jesus did not die for. Whether it is the house next door, or the far off Nation’s people, Jesus died for them. The Gospel can reach over every barrier.

To Whom Can We Compare God With?

‘To Whom Can We Compare God With?’
Isaiah 40:25-26.
a)      The Lord says:-
1-  To whom can we compare Him?
2-  Whom do I resemble?
3-  Who is equal to me?
b)      By day and by night look at the sky. All is made by God, all those lights in the night.
c)      Because of God’s absolute Power and awesome Strength, not one of them is missing.
(This QT amazes me:- To Whom Can I Compare God With?)
--------
‘Ignore The King Of The North.’
Daniel 11:32.
a)      He speaks smooth words.
b)      He will defile the people who have broken the Covenant.
c)      He will lead them to do evil.
d)      The people who are loyal to God will act valiantly.
e)      They will firmly oppose the King of the North.
(This Second one encourages me to Ignore The King Of The North)
--------
Chris.

There is a favourite Christian song entitled: “There is none like You.” This is referring to our Lord and is completely true in its meaning and vocabulary. The Lord is far beyond compare with all other gods and spiritual powers. When we simply look at God’s Creation we can surely realise that there is none like Him.

Praise The Lord!

‘Praise The Lord.’
a)    Psalm 103:1. Oh my soul, Bless and Praise His Holy Name with all that is within me).
b)    Psalm 104:1 & 35. Bless the Lord oh my soul. Oh Lord my God:-
1.    You are very great.
2.    You are clothed with Splendour.
3.     You are clothed with Majesty.
c)    Psalm 145:21. My mouth will speak the Praise of the Lord. My tongue will Bless His Holy Name forever.
(This QT encourages me to Praise The Lord)
-------
‘Head Over Everything For The Church.’
Ephesians 1:22.
a)    God has put everything under Christ’s Feet and Power.
b)    God has given Christ to the Church.
c)    Christ is Head over everything for the Church and Head of all things.
(This Second one shows me the Head Over Everything For The Church)
-------
Chris.
The Lord Jesus is clothed with Majesty. We can Praise and Bless the Lord according to the Psalms. It is not good to be over familiar with God or with His Names. God is Almighty! God is Holy! God is clothed with Majesty. God is Love and we have the privilege of Praising and Worshipping Him.

We Have An Advocate!

‘We Have An Advocate.
1 John 2:1
a)    These things are written for us in John’s Epistles that we may not sin.
b)    If anyone sins.
c)    We have an Advocate with the Father.
d)    Jesus Christ the Righteous One.
(Through this QT I am so thankful that I Have An Advocate)
---------
‘Nothing Was Left Out.’
Hebrews 2:8.
a)    God has put everything under the control of His Son.
b)    Nothing was left out of the control of the Son.
c)    At the Present Time we do not yet see all things under His control.
(This Second one teaches me that Nothing Was Left Out)
---------
Chris.
If anyone sins! This is fully inclusive of all living humanity. The Bible also tells us that there is no person who has never sinned. The Gospel is really good news for us, it says that Christ paid the price and penalty for our sins at the Cross in order that our sins may be forgiven and we can have assurance of God’s Love and Faithfulness.

God's Hand On The Young Rulers!

‘God’s Hand On The Young Rulers.’
Isaiah 40:24.
a)    They are barely planted.
b)    They are barely sown.
c)    They barely take root in the Earth.
d)    He blows on them, causing them to dry up.
e)    The wind carries them away like straw.
(This QT shows me God’s Hand On The Young Rulers)
--------
‘God’s Blessing – So Much Plunder.’
2 Chronicles 20:25.
a)    Jehoshaphat and his men went to gather the plunder.
b)    They found a huge amount of:-
1-  Supplies.
2-  Clothing.
3-  Valuable items.
c)    Jehoshaphat and his men carried away everything that they could.
d)    There was so much plunder.
e)    It took them three days to haul it off.
(This Second one is about God’s Blessing – So Much Plunder)
--------
Chris.

There was so much plunder. It was a very big “Blessing” from the Lord. There are many different ways in which God may meet our needs or Bless us in similar ways. This way was quite unusual because the Blessing came through plunder. Let us thank God for every Good Gift He has given to us.

Glory To God!

‘Glory To God.’
2 Corinthians 1:20.
a)    Every one of God’s Promises are Yes in Jesus Christ.
b)    Therefore, also through Jesus Christ the “Amen” is spoken.
c)    This is all part of the Glory we give to God.
(This QT calls me to proclaim Glory To God)
-------
‘Not A Living Soul.’
2 Chronicles 20:24.
a)    The men of Judah arrived at the observation post overlooking the desert.
b)    They looked at the huge enemy army.
c)    All they could see was a killing field, there were no survivors among them.
(This Second one show me God’s Work: Not A Living Soul)
-------
Chris.

Through Jesus Christ the “Amen” is spoken. Here is something that is most important for us. When we Pray we end our Prayers, if we are True Believers, with these words: “In The Name of Jesus – Amen.” There may be some slight variations according to Church habit. But the basic is there: “In The Name Of Jesus – Amen.”

Unusual Miracles!

'Unusual Miracles' Acts 19:11-12. a)  And God was doing  b)  Extraordinary miracles c)  By the hands of Paul, d)  So that even han...
