‘Forgiven, Cleansed And Righteous.’
1 John 1:9.
a) It is a big ‘if’ – if we confess our sins. (To
God)
b) He is Faithful and Righteous.
c) He will:-
1- Forgive our sins.
2- Cleanse us.
3- From all unrighteousness.

‘Pay Attention, Do Not Fear And
Win.’
2 Chronicles 20:15-17.
a)
2 Chronicles 20:15. God’s People and their
Leader were to pay attention and listen to Him.
b)
2 Chronicles 20:15. God’s People were not to
panic because the battle ahead belonged to God.
c)
2 Chronicles 20:16. The next day God’s People
were to march towards the enemy – just march.
d)
2 Chronicles 20:17. God’s People were:-
1- Not to fight a battle.
2- To take their positions as if for
war.
3- To stand.
4- To watch the Lord deliver them.
5- Not to be afraid or to panic.
6- To march because the Lord was with
them.

God’s People were to stand. There
are several times in the Scripture when God simply tells His People to stand.
Standing also means paying attention. They were not just to hang around or
simply ignore their situation, they were to stand and in standing to Trust God.
This is a good example of obedience for us to follow if and when God calls us
to.
