Familiarity Hinders God's Work!

‘Familiarity Hinders God’s Work.’
Matthew 13:54-58.
a) Matthew 13:54. Jesus came to His home town to minister.
b) Matthew 13:54. Just like any other place He visited He went into the synagogue to serve.
c) Matthew 13:54. The people were astonished at His Wisdom and miraculous powers.
d) Matthew 13:55-56. Physically they knew Jesus and His Family.
e) Matthew 13:57. They took offense at Jesus,
f) Matthew 13:57. Jesus told them that only in his hometown and in his own house is a prophet without honour.
g) Matthew 13:58. Jesus did not many miracles there because of their unbelief.

‘A Time Of Inner Struggle.’
Psalm 69:1-2.
a) A time when God’s help is urgently needed.

c) A time of deep waters where floods overflow.
d) A time of sinking because there seems to be no foundation to stand on.
e) A time of being overwhelmed.
(This Second one reminds me that some people reading this may be going through A Time Of Inner Struggle, I pray for them)
