‘Corinthian Style Pride.’
a) 1 Corinthians 4:18. Imagines incorrect things.
b) 1 Corinthians 4:6. Could be avoided if they applied God’s Word to their lives.
c) 1 Corinthians 4:7-8. Makes one believe that they are better than everyone else.
d) 1 Corinthians 5:2. Causes us to avoid repentance and Church discipline.
(Through this QT I want to avoid and keep away from Corinthian Style Pride)
‘Jesus Christ.’
a) Acts 10:43; 2:38. Will forgive the sins of those people who Believe on His Name.
b) Acts 16:30-31. Can save entire households.
c) Acts 3:19. Is able to Bless and refresh those people whose sins are forgiven.
d) Acts 17:31. Is going to Judge the World.
e) Romans 10:9-10. Should be confessed by our mouths as Lord.
(This Second one gives me strong confidence in Jesus Christ)

Part of the Life of real Church is calling people to Repentance so that they can truly Worship and serve the Lord in His Kingdom. Church discipline is also important. Too many Churches, for fear of losing their “popularity” forsake Church discipline. That is a big mistake and sin of the Church.
