Apostle Paul The Preacher!


‘Apostle Paul The Preacher.’
1 Corinthians 2:3-4 & 2 Corinthians 10:10.
a) He came in:-
1- Weakness.
2- Fear.
3- Much trembling.
b) His speech was not in persuasive words of “wisdom”.
c) His Preaching was not in persuasive words of “wisdom”.
d) His Ministry was based on the demonstration of the Power of the Holy Spirit.
e) His letters were weighty and powerful.
f) As a “speaker” he was regarded as nothing.
(This QT teaches me the good example set by Apostle Paul The Preacher)

‘Being Ready To Live In God’s Kingdom.’
1 Corinthians 6:9-11.
a) Those people who do not enter the Kingdom of God:-
1- Fornicators.
2- Idolaters.
3- Adulterers.
4- Passive or active homosexuals.
5- Thieves.
6- Greedy people.
7- Drunkards.
8- Revilers.
9- Extortioners.
b) Some Church people were previously in that condition.
c) Change came to their lives through:-
1- Being made clean.
2- Being Sanctified.
3- Being Justified in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
4- Being Justified in the Spirit of our God.
(This Second one shows me the importance of Being Ready To Live In God’s Kingdom)

Apostle Paul’s letters were weighty and powerful. There is a gift of writing, whether it be of books or letters. This gift should be recognised as a Gift of the Holy Spirit just as much as the other Spiritual Gifts. Let us treasure and honour anointed Christian Authors and Writers.
