'Powerful Witnesses.'
Revelation 11:6.
a) They have authority to shut the sky.
b) So that no rain falls.
c) During their prophesying there will be no rain.
d) They have power over the waters.
e) To turn them into blood.
f) They have power to strike the Earth with all and any plagues.
g) As often as they desire.
(This QT reveals to me the Powerful Witnesses of Revelation)

'A Church Widow.'
1 Timothy 5:5.
a) This is the person who is really a widow.
b) She is left alone.
c) She has no family.
d) She trusts in God.
e) She places her confidence in God.
f) All night and day, she:-
1-Continues in supplications.
2-Prays.
3-Asks for God's Help.
(This Second one clearly defines A Church Widow and her function)

This is one of the Powerful Ministries mentioned in the Scriptures. During the time that these Witnesses prophesied there was no rain. God was obviously confirming their Ministry with a sign. He even continues to do that today! He confirms His Word with signs following.
