a) Isaiah 61:1. Is by the Anointing from the Lord.
b) Isaiah 61:1. Is bringing Good News to the poor.
c) Isaiah 61:1. Is bringing Good News to the oppressed.
d) Isaiah 61:1. Is to bind up the broken-hearted people.
e) Isaiah 61:1. Is to proclaim Freedom to those people held captive.
f) Isaiah 61:1. Is to release prisoners from darkness.
g) Isaiah 61:2. Is to Proclaim the Year of the Lord's Favour.
h) Isaiah 61:2. Is to Proclaim the Day of Vengeance of our God.
i) Isaiah 61:2. Is to comfort the people who mourn.
j) Isaiah 61:3. Is to make Provision for those people who grieve in Zion:-
1-To give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes.
2-To give them the oil of joy instead of mourning.
3-To give them a garment of Praise instead of the spirit of despair.
k) Isaiah 61:3. They will be called:-
1-Oaks of Righteousness.
2-A planting of the Lord.
3-To display His Glory.

For those people involved in Ministry to hurting or needy people especially there is a need to be able to comfort people who mourn. Of course, this also refers to people who have been bereaved. Jesus Himself comforted the people who were mourning and He taught His Disciples to do the same thing. That is why this Ministry is both needed and effective today.
