Do Not Be Too Angry, Lord!


'Do Not Be Too Angry, Lord.'
Isaiah 64:9.
a)  Lord, do not be angry beyond measure.
b)  Isaiah 43:25. Do not remember our sins forever.
c)  Oh Lord, look on us we pray.
d)  Psalm 100:3. For we are all the Lord's People.

'Desperate Intercession.'
Ezekiel 9:8.
a)  God's People were being killed.
b)  Ezekiel was left alone.
c)  Ezekiel immediately bowed down.
d)  Ezekiel cried out to the Lord:-
1-Alas Sovereign Lord.
2-Are You going to destroy the entire remnant of Israel?
3-During this outpouring of Your Wrath on Jerusalem.

It is quite acceptable to Pray this if necessary: Do not be too angry Lord. This is really one form of intercession. It is a humble form of Prayer, accepting that the Lord is able to make any decision and judgment that He needs or wants to make. When God's people sin there comes a great need for intercession. Let us always remember this. We should not point fingers, we should pray.
