a) Revelation 13:2 & 4. Was given to the beast.
b) Revelation 13:5. Is sometimes given temporarily.
c) Revelation 13:7; Matthew 20:25. May be over people.
d) Revelation 16:9. God has authority over plagues.
e) Revelation 17:12. May be temporary.
f) Revelation 20:4. We can only judge other people when God has given us the special Authority to do so.
g) Genesis 9:2. Adam had Authority.
h) Genesis 39:4, 6 & 8. Joseph had Authority.
i) Genesis 41:35. Pharaoh had Authority.
j) Numbers 5:20 & 29. Husbands have Authority.
k) Numbers 17:2-3. A walking stick may be a symbol of Authority.
l) Matthew 7:29. Jesus Christ has Authority.
m) Matthew 9:8; 10:1. It is God that gives True Authority.
n) Mark 2:10. The Son of Man has Authority on Earth to forgive sins.

a) Mark 6:7; Matthew 10:1-15; Luke 9:1-6. The Disciples of Jesus Christ.
b) Matthew 10:17-18. Those people commissioned by the Lord are not always popular.
c) Mark 6:12-13. If we are commissioned by the Lord, we need to put that Great Commission into action.

The Bible is very clear in that is tells us that we should not judge other people. This is not written about courts of Justice, rather it is written about a judging attitude. There are many clear Teachings in the Bible that tell us that we should not judge other people. These Teachings are put there because fallen mankind has the habit of doing so.
