‘Why Trust Egypt?’
Isaiah 30:2-3.
a) God’s People descended to trust Egypt they did
not ask any Word from His Mouth.
b) They wanted to strengthen themselves in the
strength of Pharaoh and put their hope in the covering of Egypt.
c) The strength of Pharaoh was to become their
shame.
d) Their hope in the shadow of Egypt would end up
confusing them.

Romans
8:22.

We
know that all Creation.
b)
Is
still groaning and in pain.
c)
They
are altogether doing this.
d)
It
is until now.

The covering of Egypt was not able at all to cover God’s
People in the Old Testament days. Here is a lesson to all of us, especially for
those of us who trust in our nationality to be our covering. We should first Trust in the Lord to be our
covering. He is the One Who is a Living God and Who cares for His People.
