1 Peter 1:8-9.
a)
We Love the Lord even though we have not seen
Him.
b)
We Believe in the Lord even though we have not
seen Him.
c)
We Rejoice with an indescribable and Glorious
Joy.
d)
We are receiving the outcome of our Faith
which is the Salvation of our souls.

‘The Transfiguration Of
Jesus Christ.
Matthew 17:1-5.
a)
Matthew 17:1. Jesus
took with him Peter and James and his brother John and led them up a high
mountain, by themselves.
b)
Matthew 17:2. Jesus was transfigured before
them. His Face shone like the sun and His clothes became dazzling white.
c)
Matthew 17:3. Suddenly Moses and Elijah
appeared, talking with Jesus.
d)
Matthew 17:4. Peter then spoke and said to
Jesus:-
1-
Lord, it is good
for us to be here.
2-
If You want I
will make three dwellings here.
3-
One each for
you, Moses and Elijah.
e)
Matthew 17:5. While Peter was yet speaking,
suddenly a bight cloud overshadowed them. A Voice spoke from the cloud. The
Voice said:-
1-
This is My
Beloved Son.
2-
With Him I am
well pleased.
3-
Hear Him.

Jesus loved to go to the mountains! Many times He went there by
Himself to Pray. I am sure that the Prayer Mountains all over Korea that have
now spread as a concept world-wide come from the Life of Jesus Christ. The
Mount of Transfiguration was an amazing happening that must have challenged and
changed the lives of those three Apostles.
