Steadfastness.’
1 Peter 1:13.
a) We should have the loins of our understanding
girded with temperance.
b) We should be waiting and hoping in perfect steadfastness
for the Grace that will be presented to us.
c) This will be brought to us at the manifested
revelation of Jesus Christ to us.

We should have the loins of our understanding girded
with temperance. This is one of the Fruit of the Holy Spirit. It is usually a
lack of temperance in one way or another that causes offence and hurt. The
Spirit that is given to us by God is a Spirit of self-control. If we have a lack of temperance we will surely
hurt or offend someone.
