‘God
Teaches The Farmers.’
Isaiah
28:23-26.
a) Isaiah 28:23. God speaks through Isaiah, this
is God’s Message. God’s People should:-
1- Listen.
2- Hear
His Voice.
3- Pay
attention.
b) Isaiah 28:24. Does the farmer plough every day
to plant seed? Does the farmer continuously break up and plant the soil?
c) Isaiah 28:25. The farmer prepares the ground, and then he plants
the seed. He plants different kinds of seeds different ways. He scatters dill
seeds, he throws cumin seeds on the ground, and he plants wheat in rows. The farmer
plants barley in its special place, and he plants spelt seeds at the edge of
his field.
d) Isaiah 28:26. God
teaches the farmer order and instructs him.
(Through this QT I see that God Teaches
The Farmers, and He teaches me too)
‘Are We Willing To Hear?’
Jeremiah 36:3.
a) Perhaps the people of Judah would hear of the
disaster that the Lord was going to bring upon them.
b) If so, then they would turn from their evil ways.
c) Then God would forgive them from the
wrongdoing and sins which they have committed.
(Through
this Second one I ask myself: Am I Willing To Hear?)
Chris.
Sometimes
God’s People, when they are not in good condition spiritually, fail to discern
or understand what God’s Will is. “Perhaps” is the word used by Jeremiah herein
other words, maybe they would hear or maybe not. We need to keep in good
spiritual condition, then we will be able to discern.
