be angry but rather keep our temper under control.

Anger rests in the bosom of fools. If we are foolish
enough to let anger rest in our bosom then it will simmer away and sometimes
boil over. During the simmering part it will also damage our health and also
our relationships with other people. We should cease being angry and pray and
reject all anger out of our bosom.
