When we have Spiritual Leaders who are people of God then these
Leaders know how to minister to the people they lead. Firstly, leading by example
is important. We would not ask people to do things that we would not be willing
to do, and as Spiritual Leaders that is so important, we lead by example. Also
we are willing to minister sensitively and carefully to individuals and
families in the same way that Apostle Paul ministered to Timothy. Generally
speaking, in Bible Days Spiritual Leaders were a team.
