‘Workers Who Find
Favour With God.’
1 Peter 2:18-20.
a)
1 Peter 2:18; Ephesians 6:5. They are
submissive to their masters regardless of the master’s character.
b)
1 Peter 2:19. This attitude finds favour with
God because even though the servant is painful, they are maintaining a pure
conscience before God.
c)
1 Peter 2:20; 3:17. For what credit is there if, when you sin and
are harshly treated, you endure it with patience? But if when you do what is right and suffer for
it you
patiently endure it, this finds favour with God.
(This QT
reveals to me Workers Who Find Favour With God)
‘We Are Just
Like Sheep.’
Isaiah 53:6.
a)
Sheep that go astray.
b)
Sheep that turn to their own way.
c)
The Lord has laid our iniquity on Jesus Christ
at the Cross.
(This Second one reminds me that I Am Just Like
A Sheep)
Chris.
Many people in these days make mistakes or even
deceive other people in their workplaces. To deliberately live like that all
the time is simply evil. We should never entertain thoughts and actions like
that. We do, however, even as True Believers, do the things mentioned here
sometimes.
