‘How Can We Say It?’
Isaiah 29:16.
a)
We sometimes turn things
upside down by what we say.
b)
Shall the Potter be regarded
as the clay?
c)
Shall the thing say of its
Maker “He did not make me”?
d)
Shall the thing formed say
of the One Who formed it “He has no understanding?
(This QT reminds me: How can I say that?)
‘Immortal God.’
1 Timothy 6:16.
a)
It is God alone He is the
only One, Who has immortality.
b)
God dwells in unapproachable
light.
c)
No one has ever seen, or can
see Him.
d)
To God be Honour and Eternal
Dominion. Amen.
(This Second one
teaches me how Apostle Paul was so in awe of Immortal God)
Chris.
Shall the Potter be
regarded as the clay? This is a most important question to ask – even in these
days. The general principle of Prayer in the Bible is to ask God for His Will
to be done. We can also seek God in Prayer. All too often today True Believers
are sometimes being taught that they can tell God what to do – this is really
incorrect, it is like treating the Potter as the clay and we should nor do it. In
some circles Prayer is being taught almost like a form of science and that also
should not be.
