We May Face A Battle!

‘We May Face A Battle.’
Ephesians 6:12.
a)    We need very much to look at this in context. It was written to an entire Church and not an individual. It was also written to people who were True Believers in an environment of extreme occultism.
b)    The struggle was not against flesh and blood.
c)     John 17:15. The struggle the Ephesians had was against:-
1-   Authorities.
2-   Powers of the dark world.
3-   Spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
(Through this QT I know that I May Face A Battle)
---------
‘If You Want…Sometimes He Doesn’t Want.”
Matthew 17:4.
a)    Peter spoke to Jesus at the time of the Transfiguration.
b)    Lord, he said, it is good for us to be here.
c)     If you want.
d)     I will make three tabernacles here.
e)     One for:-
1-   You.
2-   Moses.
3-   Elijah.
f)     Jesus did not want that.
(This helps me in my Spiritual Life: If You Want … Sometimes He Doesn’t Want)
---------
Chris.

If you want … sometimes He does not want. There are times that we want something, even very much and yet, for some reason, the Lord does not want it. When the Lord does not want it then be sure that it is for our good. Maybe the timing is wrong or maybe we simply are just not to have it.
