‘Victory Over The Ruthless One,’
Isaiah 29:17-21.
a) Isaiah 29:17. In a little while Lebanon will
seem like an orchard and the orchard will seem like a forest.
b) Isaiah 29:18. On that day the deaf people will
hear the words of a book and the blind people, instead of gloom and darkness,
will see.
c) Isaiah 29:19. The humble people will have Joy
after Joy in the Lord and the poor people will rejoice in the Holy One of
Israel.
d) Isaiah 29:20. The ruthless one, the scoffer
and the scorner will disappear. All the people who lie in wait with evil intent
shall be killed.
e) Isaiah 29:21. These are the evil intentions:-
1- With their speech accuse a
person of wrongdoing.
2- Set a trap at the gate for the mediator.
3- Without cause deprive the righteous people of
Justice.

‘At The Time Of
The Death Of Jesus Christ On The Cross.’
Luke 23:44-45.
a) At noon darkness came over the entire land
until three o’clock in the afternoon.
b) The sun’s light failed.
c) The curtain of the temple sanctuary was torn
in two.
(This Second one
reminds me about what happened At The Time Of The Death Of Jesus Christ On The
Cross)
Chris.
It is very nasty when people
accuse an innocent person of wrongdoing. This is one of the most emotionally
and mentally harming experiences to put on to another person. The Bible
declares that Satan is the ‘Accuser of the Brethren’. So often he uses Church
people to do his accusing for him. Let us both Pray for and put into action the
resolve to deal with this problem in the Churches.
