‘Believers Will Not Be Disappointed.’
1 Peter 2:6.
a) Isaiah 28:16. The
Scripture says that the Lord lays in Zion the Chief Corner Stone.
b) This Corner Stone is
Chosen and Precious.
c) The person who Believes
in Him will not be disappointed.
(This QT teaches me that
Believers Will Not Be Disappointed)
‘Beware.’
Colossians 2:8.
a) Beware and be careful
that we do not let anyone rob us through his philosophy and vain deceit.
b) After the traditions of
men and of the World system.
c) But not after Christ.
(This Second one simply calls me to Beware)

The Scripture says that the Lord lays in Zion the Chief Corner
Stone. Although Apostle Paul was a highly educated Jewish scholar and
philosopher, he did not rely on those facts in his New Life in Jesus - rather
he used them for God’s Glory. God may have given us a wonderful education, we
might be skilled philosophers. That is good, it is not incorrect. The important
thing is that we use what God has given to us for His Glory.
