‘Obey Spiritual Fathers.’
(This refers to “father
founders” of Churches and not merely all Church Leaders)
2 Thessalonians 3:14-15.
a)
If anyone does not obey the Spiritual fathers
of the Church, take note of them.
b)
If anyone does not obey the Spiritual fathers
of the Church have nothing to do with them.
c)
If anyone does not obey the Spiritual fathers
of the Church they should be ashamed of it.
d)
If anyone does not obey the Spiritual fathers
of the Church do not regard them as enemies of the Church.
e)
If anyone does not obey the Spiritual fathers
of the Church, warn them as brothers or sisters.
(Through this
QT I know it is important for the Church to Obey Spiritual Fathers)
‘Let The
Children Come To Jesus.’
Mark 10:13-16.
a)
Mark 10:13. The people were bringing children
to Jesus for Him to Bless and touch them.
b)
Mark 10:13. The Disciples rebuked these
people.
c)
Mark 10:14. When Jesus saw what was
happening:-
1-
He was
indignant.
2-
He said to the
Disciples that they were to let the children come to Him.
3-
He said that
the Children were not to be hindered.
4-
He said that the Kingdom of God belongs to the
children.
d)
Mark 10:15. Jesus said that to enter into the
Kingdom of God we should all receive it like children.
e)
Mark 10:16. Jesus then:-
1-
Took the
children in His Arms.
2-
Blessed the
Children.
3-
Laid His Hands
on them.
(Through this Second one I echo the call:
Let The Children Come To Jesus)
Chris.
We really need to be careful who we treat as enemies of the
Church. Just because someone has left the Church does not make them an enemy of
the Church. Just because someone has not obeyed Church fathers or leaders does
not make them an enemy of the Church. Just because someone does nor agree with
the Church leadership does not make them an enemy of the Church. An enemy of
the Church is Satanically inspired and wants to hurt or destroy the Church,
even though Biblically it is impossible for them to do it.
