Ecclesiastes 2:24; 3:12-13; 5:18. There is
nothing better for a person than they should eat and drink and find enjoyment
in their toil.

Ecclesiastes 2:24. This comes from the Hand of
God.

Ecclesiastes 2:25; 1 Timothy 6:17. Apart from
God who can eat or have enjoyment?
d)
Ecclesiastes 2:26; Job 32:8. To the person who
pleases God He gives:-

Wisdom.
2-
Knowledge.
3-
Joy.
e)
Ecclesiastes 2:26. To the sinner God gives the
business of gathering and collecting.
f)
Ecclesiastes 2:26. The sinner will give to the
person who pleases God, this is vanity and striving after wind.

1 Corinthians
12:1-11.
a)
1 Corinthians 12:1. We should not be
uninformed about Spiritual Gifts.
b)
1 Corinthians 12:2. Pagans are led astray by
idolatry and the false manifestations of idolatry.
c)
1 Corinthians 12:3. We need to understand that
no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says that Jesus is accursed.
d)
1 Corinthians 12:3. No one can say that Jesus
is Lord except in the Holy Spirit.
e)
1 Corinthians 12:4. There are varieties of
Gifts but the same Holy Spirit.
f)
1 Corinthians 12:5. There are varieties of Service
but the same Lord.
g)
1 Corinthians 12:6. There are varieties of
activities but the same God Who empowers them all in everyone.
h)
1 Corinthians 12:7. To each person is given
the manifestation of the Holy Spirit for the common good.
i)
1 Corinthians 12:8. To one person, through the
Holy Spirit is given the utterance of Wisdom.
j)
1 Corinthians 12:8. To another person the
utterance of Knowledge is given by the same Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:9. To another person is given
Faith by the same Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:9. To another person is given
Gifts of Healings by the same Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:10. To other people, given by
the same Holy Spirit are:-

by one and the same Holy Spirit Who apportions to each person individually as
He Wills.

These Spiritual Gifts can be segmented into
three distinct groups:-
A-
Power Gifts:
Gift of Faith, Gifts of Healings, Workings of Miracles.
B-
Revelation
Gifts: Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge, Discerning of Spirits.
C-
Inspirational
Gifts: Prophecy, Various kinds of Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues.

There are varieties of activities but the same God Who empowers them all in everyone. We need to understand the reality of this Scripture in our personal and our Church life. The person who quenches the Gifts that God may have given to them may never properly mature in their ministry and the Church that quenches the Gifts of the Holy Spirit because of fear misses out on a tremendous Blessing from God.
