The Lord's Vineyard!


'The Lord's Vineyard.'
Isaiah 5:3-7.
a)  Isaiah 5:3. The Lord was calling His People to Judge between Him and His Vineyard.
b)  Isaiah 5:4. God did everything He could for His Vineyard.
c)  Isaiah 5:4. God hoped for good grapes to grow.
d)  Isaiah 5:4. It only brought forth wild and useless grapes.
e)  Isaiah 5:5-6. This is what God did to this useless Vineyard:-
1-Take away its hedge.
2-Burn it.
3-Break down its wall.
4-Trample it down.
5-Lay it waste.
6-It shall not be pruned.
7-It shall not be dug.
8-Growing there shall be:-
A-Briers.
B-Weeds.
C-Thorns.
f)  Isaiah 5:6. God will command the clouds not to rain on that land.
g)  Isaiah 5:7. The Lord's Vineyard is the House of Israel.
h)  Isaiah 5:7. The men of Judah are the Lord's pleasant plant.
i)  Isaiah 5:7. The Lord looked for Justice, but there was only oppression.
j)  Isaiah 5:7. The Lord looked for Righteousness, but there were only cries from people being treated badly.

Colossians 4:7.
a)  He was a Beloved Brother in Christ.
b)  He was a Faithful Minister.
c)  He was a Fellow Servant of the Lord with Apostle Paul.
d)  He was a good messenger on behalf of Apostle Paul.
(This Second one reveals to me Tychicus - A Good Minister)

The Lord said about the useless Vineyard that its wall should be broken down. It means that there was no protection for it and no need for protection for it. This Vineyard had become useless. May the Lord never have to say over any of our lives that we are useless. His Grace and Love should fill our hearts, lives and motives. We are called, faithful and chosen, may none of us say that we are useless.
