'Doing And Thinking.'

Philippians 2:3-7.

a)  Philippians 2:3. Do nothing with a motivation of rivalry.

b)  Philippians 2:3. Do nothing with a motivation of conceit. 

c)  Philippians 2:3. Be humble and count other people as being more significant than ourself. 

d)  Philippians 2:4. Do not look only at our own interests but also look after the interests of other people. 

e)  Philippians 2:5-6. Have a Christlike humble mind.

f)  Philippians 2:7. Aim for servanthood. 

(Through this QT I am challenged about my Doing And Thinking)

'Something Good Happened.'

1 Corinthians 6:11.

a)  We were sinners before we knew Jesus Christ.

b)  Now in Christ we are washed. (By the Blood of Christ and by the Word of God)

c)  Now in Christ we are Sanctified.

d)  Now in Christ we are Justified in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of God. 

(This Second one causes me to Rejoice that Something Good Happened to me)

Do nothing with a motivation of rivalry. We are tuned to rivalry in so many ways from childhood onwards in our modern day cultures. There is, in so many Nations, no simple way of life. Rivalry prevails and the competitive spirit can be so destructive  to relationships and a harmonious life. Let us aim to do nothing with a motivation of rivalry.
