The Tragedy Of Death Without God!



‘The Tragedy Of Death Without God.’
Ecclesiastes 9:5-6.
a)   The people who are living know that they will die.
b)   The dead people know nothing at all.
c)   There is no more reward for dead people.
d)   Eventually, for those people who are not close family members, the memory of the dead people fades away.
e)   Long gone are the dead people’s :-
1- Love.
2- Hate.
3- Zeal.
4- Envy.
f)    They will never again have a part in all that happens under the sun.
(Through this QT I fully understand The Tragedy Of Death Without God and it causes me to continue to Pray for those people I know who do not know Him)

‘Foundations.’
a)   Revelation 21:14; Hebrews 11:10. Will be in Heaven.
b)   1 Corinthians 3:11. The Foundation of our Faith is laid by Jesus Christ.
c)   2 Timothy 2:19. God’s solid Foundation is based in His Word.
d)   Luke 6:48. When we build a house and home it needs a good foundation in every way.
e)   Isaiah 28:16. The Lord God prophesied about Jesus Christ our Rock and Foundation.
f)    Ephesians 2:20. God’s House is built on a Good Foundation.
g)   Matthew 16:18. The Church of Jesus Christ is built on a good foundation.
h)   1 Peter 2:6. Belief in Jesus Christ as our Foundation will cause us never to be shaken.
i)    1 Corinthians 3:10. A new Church plant needs to begin with an excellent foundation.
(Through this Second one I realise the need for good Foundations)

Envy is something that, as True Believers, we need to deal with in our lives. We do not carry it beyond the grave. When we die, our envy dies with us. How tragic if we live a life as a True Believer and we never ask the Lord to deal with envy (or ungodly jealousy in our lives. Really if our lives are going to bring Glory to the Lord then we need to be free from envy.
