10:5-7.

Ecclesiastes 10:5. It is a
grave mistake or error that comes forth from a Leader.
b) Ecclesiastes 10:6. When Leaders give foolish
people great Authority.
c) Ecclesiastes 10:6. The Leaders fail to give
proven people their rightful place of dignity.
d) Ecclesiastes 10:7. When servants ride like
princes this is a Leader’s mistake.
e) Ecclesiastes 10:7. When princes walk like
servants this is a Leader’s mistake too.

When servants
ride like princes that is a Leader’s mistake. There needs to be respect in the
servants’ hearts for their Leaders and the Leaders should lead in such a way as
to earn that respect. Good Leaders may delegate responsibilities to people but
they should never allow the servants to ride like princes.
