‘Even
When Life Seems Pointless.’
Ecclesiastes
9:9.
a) We should enjoy life with our wife. Often when
life seems pointless our marriage is the first thing to suffer. This should not
be so.
b) Remember God has given us our life, even if it
seems meaningless for the time being.
c) Every difficult and pointless day God is still
with us.
d) We need to trust God and get on with our work.
(This QT challenges me: Even When Life Seems Pointless I need to
remember God)
‘Live It Out.’
Romans 13:14.
a) We should dress and clothe ourselves with the
Lord Jesus Christ.
b) We should not make wrong plans.
c) We should not have wrong thoughts.
d) Especially about indulging our selfish desires
and gratifying the desires of the sinful nature.
(This Second calls
me to Live It Out)

Every difficult and
pointless day God is still with us. This is something that we tend to forget or
neglect when we are having difficult and pointless days. God has Promised never
to leave us or forsake us even in the most difficult of times. So when we are
going through those days we can be assured of the enduring Presence of God.
