Love was a part of the example that Apostle Paul set to Timothy who was a young Spiritual Leader of God’s Flock. The Love of the Leader for the people that the Leader serves is most important. If there is no Love in the Leader’s heart for the people then there is surely going to be a gap in the relationship of Leader and people that will not be repaired. The Leader who Loves is making them self vulnerable, but it is worth it in the end. Consider the vulnerability of Jesus Christ!
