‘The Poor Wise Man.’
Ecclesiastes 9:13-16.
a) Ecclesiastes 9:13. The
Writer observed this and it pleased him very much.
b) Ecclesiastes 9:14. There
was a small town with only a small population.
c) Ecclesiastes 9:14. A
mighty king:-
1-Came against it.
2-Surrounded it.
3-Waged a terrible war against it.
d) Ecclesiastes 9:15. There
was a poor man living in that town who saved everyone by his Wisdom.
e) Ecclesiastes 9:15. Nobody
remembered that poor man.
f) Ecclesiastes 9:16. So the
writer thought three things:-
1-Wisdom is better than might.
2-The wisdom of common people is despised.
3-The words of commoners are not heeded.
(Through this QT I fully understand the word s
of the Writer: The Poor Wise Man)
‘God’s Purpose In Giving Us Ministers.’
Ephesians 4:12.
a) To perfect the saints.
(True Believers)
b) To equip God’s People for
the work of serving.
c) To build up the Body of
Christ.
(This QT teaches me God’s Purpose In Giving Me
Ministers)
Chris.
Mighty kings can be defeated by people who
have Faith in God and Wisdom from God. Sometimes Mighty Kings think that the
majority of the people are ‘with’ them and so they become proud and disdain all
others who may be opposed to them. God’s Will is greater and even Nations can
be delivered from Mighty Kings.
