'God And The Seventh Day.'
Genesis 2:2-3.
a) By the Seventh Day God had completed His Work which He had been doing.
b) God rested on the Seventh Day from all His Work that He had done.
c) God Blessed the Seventh Day and sanctified it.
d) On the Sabbath Day God rested from all His Work which He had created and made.

'What The Lord Requires Of Us.'
Micah 6:8.
a) The Lord has shown us what is good.
b) The Lord has told us what is good.
c) The Lord has also told us what He requires of us:-
1-To treat people fairly.
2-To do Justice.
3-To love Kindness.
4-To love other people faithfully.
5-To walk humbly with God.
6-To live in the way that God wants us to live.
(This Second one simply tells me What The Lord Requires Of Me)

Made by God - we are Made by God. When I stop and ponder this I am always amazed - even astounded. Why do I exist? Why is there a World? Why has God made such amazingly creative wonderful places on this Earth? I could go on and on. The only response to being made who we are by God is surely Worship.
