The Lord speaks from and in various ways. I believe that is up to Him in which way or ways He wants to speak to us. I cannot be particular in teaching any specific 1-2-3 way for God to speak to us, because His Word shows us many ways. Surely, when God speaks to us we will clearly understand because He loves to have communication with His Children.
