'Joy, Peace And Hope.'
Romans 15:13.
a) Now may the God of Hope
b) Fill you with all Joy and Peace in Believing,
c) That you may abound in Hope
d) By the Power of the Holy Spirit.
(This QT assures me that God wants His People to have Joy, Peace and Hope)

'Be Filled With Holy Spirit.'
Ephesians 5:18-19.
a) And do not be drunk with wine,
b) In which is dissipation;
c) But be filled with the (Holy) Spirit,
d) Speaking to one another in:
1-Psalms.
2-Hymns.
3-Spiritual Songs.
e) Singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord.
(This Second one calls me to Be Filled With Holy Spirit)

"Be filled with the Holy Spirit" is a Biblical exhortation. These are not just the words of a "Charismatic" or "Pentecostal" dogma - they are the Words of Scripture. It is a privilege for every True Believer to live a life being filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that if we are thirsty, we can come to Him and rivers of living water will flow out of our lives. He was referring to the Holy Spirit.
