Positively Convinced!


‘Positively Convinced.’
Apostle Paul was Positively Convinced of the Character of the Roman Church Believers.
Romans 15:14.
a) They were full of Goodness.
b) Filled with Knowledge.
c) Competent to Instruct one another.
(Through this QT I find what a Joy it is to be Positively Convinced about other True Believers)

‘Filled With Joy.’
a) Matthew 28:8. The women as they ran to tell the Disciples about the Resurrection of Jesus.
b) 1 Samuel 11:15. Saul after he was made king and he had worshipped the Lord.
c) 1 Chronicles 29:9. David, because the people were freely and wholeheartedly giving to the Lord.
d) Esther 8:16. The Jewish people because they were being honoured everywhere.
e) Psalm 5:11. Because we love the Name of the Lord.
f) Psalm 9:2. David, because of the Lord.
g) Psalm 28:7. Because of the help of the Lord.
h) Psalm 40:16; 70:4. Because of searching for the Lord.
i) Psalm 68:3. Because of being godly people in God’s Presence.
j) Psalm 126:3. Because the Lord has done great things for us.
k) Isaiah 30:29. Because of going to Worship the Lord.
l) Isaiah 35:10; 51:11. Because:-
1- Of being Ransomed by the Lord.
2- Of entering the place of Worship joyfully singing.
3- Sorrow and mourning have passed away.
m) Matthew 2:10. Because of seeing the Star which would guide them to Jesus.
n) Luke 24:41; John 20:20. The Disciples, because of seeing the Resurrected Jesus.
o) John 3:39. John the Baptist, at the success of Jesus.
p) Acts 11:23. Barnabas, when he saw the evidence of God’s Blessing in Antioch.
q) Acts 13:51-52. The Apostles, because of moving on successfully from a place of persecution.
r) Acts 16:34. The jailor, because of coming to Believe in God together with his family.
s) 2 Corinthians 7:7. Apostle Paul, because the Corinthian Church was so loyal to him.
t) Colossians 1:11. Is a Prayer which we can pray for other True Believers.
u) 2 Timothy 1:4. Because of real Fellowship in the Gospel.
(Through this Second one I desire to be Filled With Joy)

Sorrow and mourning are very real experiences and these experiences should not be denied if we have them. Denial of sorrow and mourning can lead to many emotional and relational problems. Yes, we need to express our sorrow and mourning and we can rejoice because it is going to pass away. Our Joy will be restored.
