'The Lord's Mandate.'
Luke 4:18-19.
a)  The Spirit of the Lord was upon Him.
b)  The Lord had Anointed Him to preach Good News to the poor people.
c)  He was sent to proclaim Liberty to the captives.
d)  He was sent to bring sight to the blind people.
e)  He had come to set at liberty those people who were oppressed.
f)  He came to proclaim the year of the Lord's Favour.

'Places Of Invitation.'
We do not just assume to go to these places, we go if we are invited.
a)  John 2:2; Revelation 19:9; Luke 14:8. A Wedding feast.
b)  Acts 8:31. To explain Truth to another person.
c)  Acts 10:23; 28:14; Luke 7:39. To be a guest.
d)  1 Samuel 9:22. The head of the table.
e)  1 Samuel 16:5. Place of Worship.
f)  Luke 14:16-17. A great banquet.
(This Second one Teaches me that there are Places Of Invitation)

Jesus had come to set at liberty those people who were oppressed. My Bible tells me that Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever. It simply means that He does not change. His Words and concepts are Eternal. The Life that He gives is Eternal. There are many people in the World system and in the Church today who are in great need of deliverance from their oppression. Evangelism and Ministry only really are effective if those who serve are truly freed from oppression.
