We need to ask our Heavenly Father to fill us with the Holy Spirit. This infilling is not just some kind of automatic happening. Jesus taught His Disciples and the Bible Teaches us that we need to ask our Heavenly Father to fill us with the Holy Spirit. There is a very obvious life change when we are filled with the Holy Spirit.
