A good Shepherd/Pastor is a
person of sacrifice. This person will sacrifice time and energy to care for the
flock. They should not sacrifice their family relationships – that is
completely wrong. Their habit should be given to reading, praying and preparing
their ministry. Occasional relaxation is of course very necessary, especially
if it is a family time.
