A Good Or An Evil Person!


‘A Good Or An Evil Person.’
Proverbs 12:2-7.
a) Proverbs 12:2. A good person will obtain favour from the Lord.
b) Proverbs 12:2. The Lord will condemn a person who devises evil.
c) Proverbs 12:3. An evil person will not be established by their wickedness.
d) Proverbs 12:3. The root of the good and Righteous person will not be removed.
e) Proverbs 12:4. A good and virtuous wife is the crown of her husband.
f) Proverbs 12:4. The evil wife who shames her husband is like rottenness in his bones.
g) Proverbs 12:5. The thoughts of the good and Righteous person are right.
h) Proverbs 12:5. The counsels of the wicked and evil person are deceitful.
i) Proverbs 12:6. The words of the wicked and evil people lie in wait for blood.
j) Proverbs 12:6. The mouth of the upright and good person will deliver him.
k) Proverbs 12:7. The wicked and evil person will be overthrown and will be no more.
l) Proverbs 12:7. The house of the good and Righteous person will stand.

‘The World System.’
1 John 2:15-17.
a) 1 John 2:15. We are not to love the World system or the things in it.
b) 1 John 2:15. If anyone loves the World system the Love of the Father God is not in them.
c) 1 John 2:16. The World system defined:-
1- Lust of the flesh.
2- Lust of the eyes.
3- Pride of life.
d) 1 John 2:16. These things are not from our Heavenly Father – they are from the World system.
e) 1 John 2:17. The World system and its lusts are passing away.
f) 1 John 2:17. The person who does the Will of God lives forever.
(This Second one reminds me to do the Will of God rather than exist in the World System)

God’s Word is a clear guideline for our lives. We find in it how we can come to God. We find in it how to live the right kind of life as a Believer in Jesus Christ. We find in it the way to live in victory over the World system. Let us treasure and love God’s Word.
