‘Flourishing.’
a) Proverbs 11:28; Psalm 72:7; 92:12. The Righteous people will be.
b) Psalms 72:16. The people of the City will be.
c) Psalm 92:13. The people planted in the House of the Lord will be.
d) Proverbs 14:11. The homes of upright people will be.
e) Isaiah 66:14. When our hearts rejoice our bodies will be.
f) Ezekiel 17:24. God makes the dry tree.
g) Zechariah 9:17. Grain shall make the young men.

‘How Elders Should Serve.’
1 Peter 5:1-2.
a) Tend the flock of God that is in their charge.
b) Exercise oversight willingly.
c) Serve as God would have them do it.
d) With eager motive and not financial motive.
e) 2 Peter 1:13-15. With lasting influence in a positive way.

People planted in the House of the Lord will be flourishing. The Church is the home of True Believers and the House of the Lord is not only the physical building of the Church but also the people – the Household of God - the Family of God. For those people who need to serve some para church mission or organisation, it should be done from the Spiritual “home” – the Church, then in their lives and ministries they will flourish.
