Hebrews 13:17.
a) Obey your Spiritual Leaders,
b) And do what they say.
c) Their work is to watch over your souls,
d) And they are accountable to God.
e) Give them reason to do this with joy
f) And not with sorrow.
g) That would certainly not be for your benefit,

We should be able to fondly remember our Spiritual Leaders. We should be able to positively learn from watching the lives of our Spiritual Leaders. Our Spiritual Leaders should be able to impart Faith to us! Spiritual Leaders need to be challenged by God, by fellow Spiritual Leaders, and by the people that they lead! Challenges make our Spiritual Leaders more excellent, especially as they learn to handle those challenges correctly.
