PRAY: For our understanding of the way to Freedom in Christ: Ephesian Fallen Culture.

Chris.
There are many attempts made for resolution of conflict amongst Believers today. Some of them are really unjust, just a 'cover-up'! The resolution of a conflict does not mean that someone has to be humiliated and another one is exalted.
When a conflict is truly resolved, everyone concerned comes away from the resolution communication and experience with a 'free' heart. Yes, there may be some emotional bruises but they can and do heal.
True Peace and conflict resolution should be easier for those people who are in Jesus Christ than for others. If we are in Jesus Christ, God dwells within us to help us.
Please note well: the above comments cover 'conflict resolution', not sinful or crime issues which need to be dealt with in other ways. If we have been 'sinned against' that is very different to a simple conflict issue.
Buying someone a delicious meal or ice-cream, is not necessarily the way to resolution, although in some minor cases it may really help!
