‘The Root Of Rebellion, Opposition And Pride.’
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4.
a) We should not be deceived about these facts.
b) The Lord Jesus will not return before a great rebellion comes.
c) The man of lawlessness will be revealed and he is the son of destruction.
d) He opposes himself.
e) He exalts Himself of every so-called “god” or object of worship.
f) He will sit down in the Temple of God and proclaim that he himself is god.
(Through this QT I understand The Root Of Rebellion, Opposition And Pride, it is the devil)

‘Jesus Went Through The Fire Of Suffering For Us.’
Exodus 12:9.
a) The Passover Lamb could not be eaten as raw meat.
b) The Passover Lamb could not be boiled in water.
c) The Passover Lamb had to be roast in fire, the entire animal.
(This Second one reminds me that at the Cross Jesus Went Through The “Fire” Of Suffering For Me)

The devil always seeks to exalt himself, whether he does it indirectly or directly his desire is to rob God of Glory and to exalt himself. The Bible tells us to have nothing to do with the devil and his evil works rather we are to rebuke them. We are told that in the Name and Authority of Jesus Christ we have Victory over the devil.
