b) It is a Joy to the Righteous people.
c) It is terror to evil doers.
(Through this QT I highly respect The Execution Of Justice in this World system that is continually challenging and opposing it)

Psalm 119:62.
a) At midnight, and at all times. (It was really environmentally difficult to get up at midnight in Bible days)
b) I rise to Praise the Lord.
c) Because of His Righteous Rules.
(Through this Second one I can see how important it is to be Responding Correctly To God’s Righteous Rules)

The World system is continually challenging and opposing the execution of Justice, especially godly Justice. There are very wealthy societies and private associations that deliberately want to manipulate Justice so that they can control Nations (especially in the Western world). There are also a few Nations that are channelling immense wealth to certain Nations who do not need it. This wealth is being channelled from Nations that have 90% + of their population living in poverty. I believe that the Teachings of Jesus are totally against such injustice. Let us pray for godly Justice in the Nations.
