a) The writer is obviously writing about a family man.
b) Precious treasure will be in his dwelling place.
c) Oil will be in his dwelling place.
d) A foolish man devours it and wastes it.

a) Because of causing humankind to fall.
b) God cursed Satan.
c) Satan became a snake.
d) Satan received dust for his food.

A family man keeps it in store. The family man has responsibility to look after his family. If he is potentially able to look after his family and he is not doing so it is sin. If the family man is incapable financially or socially of looking after his family then he should be cared for by Church, appropriate religious social organisation or State.
