The Lord Says Yes They Can!


'The Lord Says Yes They Can.'
Isaiah 49:24-25.
a)  Can goods that were stolen by soldiers be taken away from them?
b)  Can prisoners be set free from the powerful Babylonian conquerors?
c)  The Lord said that they can.
d)  Prisoners will be taken away from their guards.
e)  The loot will be taken away from the powerful Babylonians.
f)  The Lord will fight against those who fight against God's People.
g)  The Lord will save His People.

'Having Been Chosen.'
1 Peter 1:2.
a)  We have been chosen in keeping with what God the Father has planned.
b)  God the Father has known us from long ago.
c)  God has chosen us to live Holy lives.
d)  We can live a Holy Life with the Holy Spirit's help.
e)  God chose us so that we might obey Jesus Christ.
f)  God wants us to be made clean by the Blood of Christ.
(This Second one teaches me the results of Having Been Chosen)

God cannot stand injustice. When ever injustice is suffered by His People God will speak into that situation. Maybe, but not frequently, it is a form of persecution through which God keeps His Hand on His People. Normally, when God sees that His People are suffering from injustice, He will intervene in some way, rescue His People and be Glorified in what He does.
