Our Infirmities!


‘Our Infirmities.’
a) Romans 8:26. The Holy Spirit helps us in them and empowers us to Pray.
b) Matthew 8:17. Jesus Christ took them to the Cross.
c) Luke 5:15; 7:21; 8:2. Jesus healed people of their infirmities.
d) Romans 15:1. We that are strong should bear the infirmities of the weak.
e) 2 Corinthians 11:30; 12:5, 9 & 10. We should not be ashamed of them.
f) 1 Timothy 5:23. Are sometimes frequent.
g) Hebrews 4:15. The Lord Jesus, our High Priest, understands them.
(This QT gives me encouragement in My Infirmities)

‘Honestly Testifying About Ministry.’
Romans 15:18-19.
a) Apostle Paul was not a presumptuous person.
b) He only spoke about what Christ had accomplished through him.
c) He rejoiced in seeing the Gentiles being obedient to God in their words and deeds.
d) He ministered in the Power of:-
1- Signs.
2- Wonders.
3- The Holy Spirit.
e) Wherever he went he fully Preached the Gospel of Christ.
(Through this testimony about his ministry I can see the real importance of Honestly Testifying About Ministry)

One of the Mercies from God is that He wants to encourage us in our times of infirmity. All of us face times of infirmity of various sorts. This does not mean that God does not love us or care about us, of course He cares about us. Maybe He will give us a miracle cure for our infirmity, maybe not. Maybe He Himself will comfort us through our time of infirmity or even send other people to minister to us. Finally, the Holy Spirit will help us in our time of infirmity. We are not alone!
