c) From Jerusalem to ask him,
d) “Who are you?”

John 19:35.
a) He who saw it has borne witness -
b) His Testimony is true,
c) And he knows that he is telling the Truth -
d) That you also may believe.
(This Second one encourages me to See And Tell The Truth)

To tell the Truth as a Witness of Jesus Christ is very important. There is absolutely no need to exaggerate! To try to impress other people by telling them exaggerations is never a good thing to do. Simply tell the Truth - it is up to the other people whether they receive it or not!
