John 1:5.
a) The Light shines
b) In the darkness,
c) And the darkness has not overcome it.
(This QT teaches me about The Shining Light)
PRAY: For the Light to sine through us wherever we are and wherever we may go.

a) Genesis 1:3. Comes from God.
b) Genesis 1:4. Light is good.
c) Exodus 25:37. Light can be reflected.
d) Exodus 27:20. The lamps were to be kept burning continually.
e) Job 24:13. Wicked people rebel against the Light.
f) Psalm 27:1. The Lord is my Light and my Salvation,
g) Psalm 36:9. The Lord is the Light by which we see.
h) Psalm 89:15. Happy are those who hear the joyful Call to Worship, for they will walk in the Light of Your Presence Lord.
i) Psalm 97:11; 112:4. Light shines on the Godly people.
j) Psalm 119:105. God's Word is a light for our path.
k) Psalm 119:130. The teaching of Your Word gives Light, so even the simple can understand.
l) Isaiah 2:5. ...Let us walk in the Light of the Lord.
m) Isaiah 9:2. The people who walk in darkness will see a great light.
n) Isaiah 45:7. "I create the Light."
o) Micah 7:8. The Lord will be my light.
p) Micah 7:9. ...the Lord will bring me into the Light,
q) Matthew 4:16; Luke 1:79. The people who sat in darkness have seen a great Light.
r) Luke 11:34. Your eye is a lamp that provides light for your body.
s) Luke 11:35. Make sure that the light you think you have is not actually darkness.
t) John 1:4. The Word gave life to everything that was created, and His Life brought light to everyone.
u) John 1:5. The Light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it.
v) John 1:9. The One Who is the True Light, Who gives Light to everyone, was coming into the World.

The Word (the Lord Jesus Christ) gave Life to everything. He is the Life-Giver! Not only do we receive Life from Him but He also gives us Light. We can trust Him if we have the right, correct and Biblical concept of God. It is good to pray for the UK royal family and all people whom we may know who are suffering the loss of a beloved one at this time.
