a) The Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness.
b) We do not know what we ought to pray for,
c) But the Spirit Himself intercedes for us.
d) With groanings too deep for words.

A part of the Holy Spirit's help for us is that He helps us in our weakness. It is natural and quite normal for us to have weaknesses in certain ways. Another of the reasons that we receive the Holy Spirit is to comfort us and give us assurance. There are times that we do not know what to pray for, at such times the Holy Spirit will help us.
