Song of Solomon 2:9.
a) My Beloved (The Lord Jesus)
b) Is like a gazelle
c) Or a young stag,

e) There He stands
f) Behind our wall,
g) Gazing through the windows,
h) Looking through the lattice.

'The Spirit Of God and Of Christ.'
Romans 8:9.
a) You, however, are not in the flesh
b) But in the (Holy) Spirit,
c) If in fact the Spirit of God
d) Dwells in you. (Romans 8:11; 1 Corinthians 3:16)
e) Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ
f) Does not belong to Him.
(This Second one reminds me of the importance of knowing that The Spirit Of God And Of Christ dwells in us)
PRAY: To be filled with the Holy Spirit.

"There He stands...". Are we ready to meet the Lord Jesus Christ when He returns? If He returns in our lifetime, He will take us to be with Himself forever. If He returns after our demise, the dead in Christ will rise first! Yes, the main point for us about Christ's return is ... are we ready to meet Him?
A different way this can be interpreted, is in another aspect of the Gospel Message. When we hear the Gospel preached, He is waiting for us to open the door of our hearts, and welcome Him into our lives to be our Lord and Saviour.
